Hi, I am a former member of the Lifepoint survey community for several months and things were going great until they canceled my membership and the sources of my points under various and completely unreal pretexts, which constitutes the theft of a great deal of effort and valuable time. Hello, I want to file a complaint against Life Point. They canceled my membership and the sources of points that I worked hard to obtain without providing clear or direct reasons. Hello, I have been a member of Lifepoint for about two years. I have completed a lot of surveys and have not had any real problems during that time. Recently, I started completing a 550LPS survey. It seemed exciting at first and the estimated time to complete it was less than an hour, but that was not accurate. I spent several hours there. It was... It takes a long time. In the end, I was able to complete it, and once I returned to my account, I found that my membership was suddenly suspended. Well, it seems that it was my fault from the beginning. I entered to complete this survey, but I did not do anything wrong to stop my membership. The survey was a waste of valuable time and effort, and I do not want any points from it. They can delete it. It took me a month to finish malfunctioning surveys from this company. When I finally finished they came back with you need 45 more points to redeem 5.00 meaning 5.45 dishonestly a free one. They want me to wait 5 days for it to be deposited in my ****** account, when other companies do it asap in seconds. They need sanctioned. Can you help my get it?Business Response

Please understand that the cost of rewards is not negotiable. The number of LifePoints needed in order to redeem is determined by many factors, one being the cost of the reward to LifePoints.
In addition, we have implemented the 5 day waiting period for all reward orders, for all members, in order for us to run our security checks to ensure that the member is actually the person redeeming the LifePoints. This helps us to eliminate the possibility of someone hacking an account and stealing your hard earned LifePoints. I am sure you can appreciate the caution we take in order to keep your LifePoints account safe and secure.

I am rejecting this response because:
At no time did you provide in your terms and conditions that you will retain the money for any security check or reasons on the survey taker. Infact you stopped answering my emails until now. If I did read it and you did provide that it dosen't make any difference as mainly every survey company pays within the hour. The others that im signed up with pay immediately in seconds. Not only did you refuse to pay me you made me give you free time and information after I completed 500 points, You immediately said upon completion that I needed more points to redeem the 500. 545 points you requested if I'm not mistaken. I have since deleted the app and I've unsubscibed from your emails and wish to not have any communications with you. Your group is unprofessional and haniously ******* and only provide mental anguish and torment to the **************** as we struggle to navigate this present failing economy and way of life. You should be sanctioned and be ashamed of yourselves moving forward.

I have been a member of Lifepoints for years, going back to when it was Global Test Market. (I took a break for a couple years, and reactivated my account this month). I have always answered honestly. Without detailed explanation, but account was frozen...conveniently as I was almost close enough to cash out my points for compensation. My time is very valuable. I am a mom of 4 with a chronic illness and this is a way of making a little extra money. I have read many similar complaints.
