What Lifepoint officials did is completely unacceptable. I was a member for several weeks. I participated in several surveys and I am trying to reach my prize, which requires 1100LPS. When I obtained points exceeding 1000LPS, they suspended my membership and I was no longer able to use my points at all. Throughout those weeks, I was committed to the terms of the site. I would like to file a complaint against the Lifepoint survey site. I joined the site on March 22 and participated in many surveys several times a week and received gifts worth $20 in full. This is really wonderful, but they recently canceled my membership for security reasons, according to what they said, without revealing the real reason for that. I know They have the right to cancel my membership at any time and for no reason, but if something really disappointing happened, I hope they review this decision, and I will completely accept the next decision.Business Response

Could you please tell me where you received information that your membership was cancelled due to security reasons? I cannot find this in our system when I search using the email you provided when submitting this complaint (***********************************************). In addition, I have taken a look into your account and confirmed that your account is not cancelled. You are able to login, participate in surveys and redeem. In order to redeem, you must link a verified PayPal account to your ********************** account and your first redemption must be for a PayPal award. Once you have received your PayPal reward, you will then be able to redeem for any of the additional rewards that are available to you.
Hope this helps to clear up any confusion you had regarding your account. Again, if you could provide me with the information as to where you were told your account was cancelled, I would really appreciate it so that I can take a further look into what happened.

They send mass emails with no simple way to unsubscribe. You have to login and click cancel membership and wait 48 hours and then maybe they will allow you to unsubscribe. I tired to login three different times and it never let me login so there was no way to unsubscribe. They know this is an issue as they have a drop down box in their "contact us" section that has several options for help with unsubscribing.Business Response

I have been a member of Lifepoint for more than a year. I participated in many surveys and received many gifts in return. My opinion was always trusted by them, but they are remembered. They canceled my membership suddenly and without any real reason and prevented me from redeeming my points, amounting to approximately $8. At first, I did not receive surveys for more than two weeks, and after I contacted the support team, the suspension of my membership and the sources of my points was confirmed. This was very sad. I have been a member of the Lifepoint survey site since March 18. I was an active member, participating in surveys and getting various prizes, and that was really wonderful and very easy. Just tell them your honest opinion and everything will be fine until my account was excluded as a result of violating their terms, as they said. I could not. On 2/28/24 at 3:39 pm I redeemed 1150 points = $10.00 for many surveys that I completed. By 3/4/24 I was not paid but the points were added back to my account. On 3/5/24 I received an email back stating the points were given back due to a technical error on their part and I can redeem again when I want. As of today, 5/8/24 I have been trying to get someone there to fix my account so I can get paid. I just keep getting that they are working on it meanwhile my account is still locked. It is obvious they are not going to unlock it so I can continue being a customer. I just want to get paid what I earned. I am currently owed $10 which I asked for it to be sent to me via Paypal as my usual method of payment, or they can even send me a check, I will forfeit the rest of my points. They should not be allowed to scam people for the money they earned. I am sure there are others that were ripped off as well for the same reason. Technical errors is theexcuse for not paying us. I am rejecting this response because: Regardless of why they close customer accounts which I hear its often for no reason, I should still be paid what I earned. Please pay the $10 I earned before you decided to close the account because no one can figure out how to fix the technical errors with your system.
