      I doubt that they are completely honest. I joined the site and participated in the surveys, and as soon as I tried to redeem my points, they suspended my membership the next day. This is outright fraud.

      I joined Lifepoint on August 23 this year. At first it was very wonderful, but after a short time I requested to redeem my points via a gift card. Well, they canceled my membership. This is really funny. Why am I invited to surveys if they are going to do that? I did not do anything wrong. The answers were honest. But that wasn't enough

      I was a member of the ******************* for a long time. I participate in the sites activities on a regular basis, and my answers are always with the utmost credibility. They suspended my account and said that I had violated the terms of the site. They said that the evidence is overwhelming and this is not true. I did not do anything wrong. My account should be suspended. They also did not inform me of the direct reason. There are a number of possible causes

      In fact, I have personal experience on the site. At the beginning of this year, they have a really strange system. They send you surveys and invitations on a large scale. This is wonderful. This is what you say first, but all you have to do is answer the surveys sent. When you request a refund for the points, they cancel your membership. Well, why are you the ones who sent it? I have these surveys and when I answer them, they suspend my membership. This is truly unacceptable

      From my experience on the site, it seems that it is good. Surveys are done in good time and the site is easy to deal with, but there may make me doubt the credibility after I have been a member since March 2023. After several activities of mine, they decided to cancel my membership without any real reason for that, which makes me doubt that they are evading payment. I do not recommend it if you expect to make some money, do not waste your time there, but for fun it is quite suitable

      I have joined the Lifepoint website since the beginning of this year, and after participating in several activities on the site, reciting and visiting the community, my membership was canceled due to a violation of the rules. I confirm that this is not true at all. I did not commit any violation. They block members randomly. Perhaps they do not want to pay. I do not recommend it.

      I would like to share my experience about the Lifepoint website. It is a wonderful site for fun surveys, and the community is like that as well. Unfortunately, my membership was suspended for a reason I do not know. I did not commit any mistake to cause this or any violation. I have not been able to understand the matter until now.

      After being a member for over 10 years, they suddenly deactivated my account. When contacting them, I got the same blanket email as everyone else about violating their terms and conditions, which I reviewed and did not see anything I did wrong. When asking them for more info specifically on what I violated, they replied, "LifePoints does not reveal how investigations are conducted or the measures taken to investigate memberships." I filed a complaint with the BBB in June 2023 and never received a response nor resolution.I would not recommend people sign up to take surveys with Lifepoints/Lightspeed because they will suddenly cancel your membership forfeiting any rewards that you earned. Don't waste your time with this company.

After several months, I started to do so, but my membership was cancelled. I really want to know what I did wrong. Well, without being active on the site, I will not do anything. Violations, then why was my membership cancelled? This is really unfair
