      Big store in **************.Full of customers at 4:30 PM. ONLY TWO CASHIERS!. LINES OF MORE THAN 70 PEOPLE. Many had to wait more than one hour in the line. Manager nowhere to be found. I had taken people from overseas to shop there. We had to leave before being able to purchase anything.Shame before tourists and visitors from abroad.*************************.

      They are understaffed. I came two times in the past two weeks. First time I waited one and half hour to get to the cashier. Today my wife stood on the line for one hour and forty five minutes. She could not stand any longer. I came from home and relieved her. Now Im online for twenty minutes. Still not half way through to the cashier. It is very unfair and inconsiderate to the customers.

      The location at **************************************************** is experiencing a major mold issue. The smell of mold is noticable the moment you walk into the store & is noticeable throughout the store. After a few minutes your nose, *********** itch. Your eyes ********** becomes difficult to breathe. If it's bad for customers then it's horrible for employees. I have reported these concerns to OSHA, *********************************, here on BBB & to the company that acquired Burlington - **** Capital.

      The jacket i bought completely came undone. My pockets, the snaps, the fur trim. It says made in ***** not from a company of the name on jacket. I paid $100 for this!

      I paid a lay away on Monday October 3rd that was the last day of my lay away. And I asked about the return policy and they said I have 30 days from that day to return my items for a full return.. I come 2 days later Wednesday October 5th to return the items. And I'm told supposedly by a supervisor that I cannot get my full refund in cash which is the way I paid. Due to its past the 30 days Of the receipt date. I questioned that I was told otherwise on Monday by 2 employees. She even recognized who I was talking about and said I will talk to them they gave you the wrong information.And she's still Did not honor my request to get a full refund on the items. At this point they have lost a loyal customer.

      Since COVID the dressing rooms are closed, so you cant try on any of the clothes in store. The employees lie about the return policy and only issue store credit when you come back after the return period. The company wants its consumers to spend time and gas in return for store credit? Never again.

      Today, August 25, I asked to speak to a manager at Burlington in **************, ***** because the dressing rooms have been closed for 2 weeks. The manager's response was blunt stating that Burlington has closed down several stores nationwide and Corpus is one of them. She knew how frustrating this was because I had a basket full of blouses to try on. Not once did she apologize for the inconvenience and did not try to give me a number to contact to share my concerns. She just told me to go the Burlington.com. I give the store 3 stars because we love the merchandise there and the prices, but management was unaccptable.

      ***** reached out to us on August 25th and we responded to her the same day and then we received an acknowledgement from her on August 26th.
