      I bought a pair of sneakers from Burlington on 07/10/23. After wearing the sneakers for less than two weeks, the sole of one of the sneakers started to rip off from the shoe. I brought them back to the store with the receipt, but the manager refused to do anything about it. She (very rudely) said that they don't take back anything that has been worn, and then turned her back on me and walked away. I asked for a higher manager, and was told the same response from another manager who was also rude about it. They won't even acknowledge that the shoes are defective. They wouldn't even give me a store credit to replace them with another pair of sneakers. I have never had a pair of sneakers that hasn't lasted at least 8 to 10 months of every day use. These sneakers were defects, but Burlington refuses to stand behind the products that they sell. I called corporate and I was told the same ridiculous answer. I have never shopped at a store that refuses to stand behind the products that they sell before, and I never will again. WARNING: BURLINGTON DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. IF YOU GET A DEFECTIVE ITEM, THEY DO NOT CARE, AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY!!!

      store is always trach cashier are nice but one of the store manager a tiny lady always there needs a management class even know I always find the store trashed I still leave my money in there not anymore they lost me as a customer. this manager u bought a pair of sandals fir my daughter only get to use 1 time the sandals broke I want return and get another one something more expensive and better quality she look at me and said no she can return that couse she use 1 time .the reason why I was return couse is bad quality is and it looks new but fall apart this manager is so mean and rude mind you I go there every month please give a train to this Manger is not worthy get a customer unhappy for ***** dollars better customer service use sentences know how to make customers comeback .she have nono . plus if I paid with my card and you guys ask for phone number is a reason for all of that .

      Very BAD management inside the store by manager *****. Did not allow me to return shoes do to not having a receipt. When policy states that you can get an exchange of product or a gift.

      The *****, **** location is the worst. This has to be the WORST location there is. I just left there -- after waiting about 15 minutes for a cashier, I just left. EVERY SINGLE time I go in there, there is a long line & only one or two cashiers. I don't ever want to go back!

      My only reason for using the layaway at Burlingtons is for things for my home like bedding.I was disappointed to find out that sheet sets / bedding were not allowed to be on layaway. I have chosen to just stay away.

      My name is *************************** I was there earlier today I was walked out by security mind you I am an employee or at least was at this point I'm not going back the place is burning hot the management is abysmal no restroom that place should be shut down immediately I don't know if I should *** or what but this happened to me today and I'm losing sleep

      I was a loyal customer at ********************. Not any more!! A few days again I went to look for blouses for my daughter. I went to the line to pay for the staff I was about to purchase and waited for 45 minutes in a very long line. There were 3 cashiers and 1 manager and she was not even helping. She was standing there just talking to one of the cashier. Then it was my turn, I approached the cashier that was talking to the manager and she started scanning the things I was buying. She saw one of the blouses I was trying to buy and went to the manager starter talking secretly and then came back to me and in a rude, disrespectful, and discriminated way she said this is not the right price. She pulled the tag with really bad attitude. I said what you mean is not the price? She literally screamed at me saying YOU WANT IT OR NOT? I said no, since she was giving me the blouse 3 times more the price it had. I said I waited almost an hour and you want to sell the blouse 3 times more the price I was willing to pay, thats not right! She screamed at me again YOU WANT IT OR NOT? You Hispanic people are disgusting she said. I asked them for their names and she screamed at me, GET THE **** OUT OF HERE! The Manager backed her up by telling me the same and screaming at me in front of everyone else, but they did not care. The cashier was ****** or ********* which I was surprised because they are so nice since I have friends from those countries. I will never come back to any of these store ever again I rather pay more on a place they treat people with respect and I dont feel discriminated for my race. I am telling My family, friends and people I know so they think twice on giving their money to a place we are not welcome.

      The fact that there use to be a restroom and now there isnt? Theres money thats being made, but the fact that its ILLEGAL to not have a working restroom in a public place. My son whos 3 couldnt even use it because there wasnt one when he has a condition but I do not need to explain myself for that or have to do that for that matter. Theres a sign posted, but didnt state why there wasnt one which again, is illegal. They need to close down honestly all the bad reviews theyre getting.

      Wrap around lines for check-outs it's ridiculous with only 3 cashiers on a Saturday? Put 1 lonely star but seriously both Burlington's I went to in ******* ***** truly don't deserve even 1/2 ?

      *******, ** Burlington CF has poor customer service as well as bad buying practices. Bought Unisa sandals that disintegrated w/in 6 months using my debit card. The line item in check register indicated 'Burlington CF ' for proof of purchase on 6/19/22. I'd tossed the receipt. I injured myself seriously wearing these sandals, tripping when the thong mechanism pulled completely away from the sandal. I spread-eagled onto a sidewalk and had to have help getting up. I wanted the store to take responsibility for selling dangerous, not just poor quality products. Manager ******* was rude, dismissive, unhelpful and poorly equipped to escalate the problem to corporate. She was also sarcastic when I told her I used to spend ****s in the 90s sbopping at a ************* outlet. I reported the issue to corporate, a supervisor named ********* @customer complaints myself and put 7 bad reviews online - we are talking about an $18.30 purchase here. I hope BCF takes this seriously. I bought ****** *****, *********************, London Fog and ******************* coats years ago in ****** and still wear them. The founders from Burlington, NJ named ********* (****) sold a few yrs ago to **** Capital, and now they re publicly traded. They can t compare to TJMXX corporation who owns Marshalls, TJMax and Home Goods. What a difference a few yrs and bad management makes...they are no ************************, not a broker for high end products appealing to savvy consumers. Buyer beware...you ll most likely get poor quality junk now. Apologies to the founding family.
