"express" shipper has been holding my product for a month with no updates to shipping or arrival times. They are a third party shipper for another business not located in your database using the name "xmasgifttly". I cannot get any information from either party as to why this is delayed or where my package actually is. I ordered a month ago and have gotten no resolution.Initial Complaint

I have ordered several items on November 25th and my items were shipped using this company. Now when I track my orders its telling me that they are at this facility and have been sitting there since December 3rd! It is now December 22nd and I guess its safe to say that my kids Christmas is ruined!! There is no way to contact them and this is unacceptable! This place need to be shut down!!Initial Complaint

Purchased a sweatshirt on **** an 12/10/24. Was handed over to this company for delivery or atleast delivered to the **** so that it is mail to me. Been in their facility since 12/12/24. Its been 8 days with no solutions to the problem in sight. Have contacted seller and no refund possible because they cannot get it returned to them from this company. I ordered 3 *** Jerseys the last part of october and it arrived at this place according to the tracking numbet Nov 27th and it arrived many other dates with the last date being December 18th or 19th. You can use the sellers name and the other the tracking number!! These are presents for my grandchildren who are my sons children and he was told recently he has cancer. He had his thyroid removed and part of his kidney and they think they got it all! We are cautiously optimistic but these kids have been very positive.through all of this and they deserve a good Christmas!!! Please, help me anyway possible to get these to me! Placed an order on Nov. 27, 2024 Order Shipped Dec 1, 2024 Order Arrived in NJ Dec 9, 2024 Order is still referenced as being in NJ as of Dec 19 (10 days later) and has not yet ben transferred to the **** for delivery. **** contacted them and the package still hasn't moved.
