    Ordered from LTD 5Dec24, passed to Habit Parcel EBusiness Int ltd and has been stuck there since 11Dec24 and still has not been passed on to **** for delivery. LTD apparently uses this company for delivery and ours is apparently a common problem.

    I ordered a package from China back on November 27th 2024 and have only been receiving the following update every 2-3 days: “Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, **** Awaiting Item. FAIRFIELD, NJ 07004” There is no way to contact these people. They’re just keeping packages hostage there!

    I purchased items in middle of November. The package was delivered on Dec. 7th. In Fairfeild NJ. It’s been sitting there ever since at Habitat Parcel. No updated information. I contacted **** they said they have not received any package at all. Where is my package?!

    I ordered #********* Garage Buddys 2 garage covers 169.96 on November 19th. Habit Parcel Ebusiness Int LTD issued a shipping label 11-23-24 so payment would be made thru ******. It took me several emails to get the tracking number. First request 12-7-24 when the package should have been delivered by Dec 4. Follow up emails Dec 7, 13th, 14 and 16th. I submitted a claim with ****** on December 16th 2024. I did receive a package on 12-16-24 that only had 1 of the items in the package. They will not respond with another tracking number for the second item. This company is very devious. As when I first was purchasing the items I emailed them to see if they were a company in the US which they assured me they were. These products are coming from China.

    My package has been in the possession of this company for 12 days, and has not moved. There is no way to contact them, and no indication that they have any intention of actually delivering my package.

    Company has the package sitting down for two weeks. **** stated that there were no communication and the company has not arrange any communication for the package

    Between the days of Nov 16-21 I ordered 3 packages from the same company in China. The packages have all been received by Habit Parcel. The first they received 11/29. It has been sitting there ever since. The others were received Dec 1 and are also just sitting there. There’s no way to contact them or check my packages and they’re just gone. I have reached out to the company and they stated they contacted them but that was a week ago and no movement or resolution. Unfortunately yet another company I have purchased from has used them and I have 2 more packages sitting at habit from them making 5 packages total missing or undelivered in their system
