Terrible customer **********************! The Amazon driver drove THROUGH my yard after 24 hours of rain! He backed in one side of the yard then drove through the other! My neighbor witnessed it. He was watching because they drove through his yard as well! I called as soon as it happened. I have pics. They say nothing can be done because I dont have a video. Poor customer **********************! I guess drivers can do what they want and damage what they want without anything being done.ARC Claims Management

The rudest company Ive ever had the displeasure of working with. I captured 2 incidents where Amazon drivers destroyed my lawn and driveway and they tried to send 2 checks for a fraction of the damages. They wont return calls or emails , I will be filing a lawsuit against this company if they do not immediately return my emails or calls. I have 2 videos showing their trucks driving all over my lawnARC Claims Management

I acknowledge receipt of your review to the BBB.The claimant submitted two claims. AMZ2021128887 10/5/21 A check for $350 was sent to the claimant on 11/11/22.Based on the photographs he submitted, this amount is appropriate for the tire **** on your lawn Payment TypeCheck NumberVoid?PayeeAmountCheck DateReleased DateInvoice numberFilesPrint Property Damage75423NoAbdul *************************$ 350.0011/11/202211/11/2022AMAZON-EXEC206005The second claim is AMZ2021128886 10/14/21.In this claim claimant alleged the Amazon truck damaged his driveway. The photographs submitted by the claimant show stress fractures resulting from normal settlement of the driveway. That claim was denied. Based on the photographs, I agree with the denial of this claim.Abdul S.

This company never sent out an adjuster to investigate the damages to my driveway and they claim it to be stress fractures, however, the photos show my driveway shorn off exactly where the tires went on and off the driveway multiple times, I have 2 videos to prove it. The worst part was the way their employees started yelling at me over the phone, I recorded my interactions with their staff and will be submitting it to Amazon to show how unprofessional this company was with my valid claim. Not only do they destroy your property but then they scream at you and deny your valid claims. Worst business Ive ever dealt with.Review fromReem H.

I wish I could leave a 0 Star review. Worst company anyone could ever deal with!!! Amazon driver hit my building. i have a police report, caught it on camera and he admitted it himself he was not paying attention!!!! We filed the claim in October of 2022 since than i have sent pictures, emails and called multiple times!!! I got hung up on so many times or lied to by saying someone will call me back within a certain time frame and it never happens!!! Sent in pictures, estimate and also incident report. Adjuster came out a months later look at my building (mind you this is a commercial building with people walking in and out) and said, " Oh based on the pictures the driver did a lot of damage" and left... she was in my building for one minute!!! a month after she came by i get a check which is less than half of my estimate. I called asked to speak to a supervisor because it is my right to see how they came up with this estimate. when their adjuster was here for just one minute!! OfCourse, they respond with we will have someone call you within 72 hours. It has been two weeks now no one reached out to me. I believe all the reviews below BECAUSE I AM GOIN THROUGH IT MYSELF!!! What a terrible company and should be reported for the way you handle business and lie to people. Amazon is another disappointment too. You should be on top of this too. You hired these people to drive around and deliver for your company, you are LIABLE for this!!!! I will NOT give up!!!!!!!!ARC Claims Management

Not sure what you are basing your response on. Please double check which claim you are referring to. Because all information you just provided is a lie. I have everything saved in my email communication. I have an email that everything you asked for including: photos/ estimate and info about incident with police number provided. I have an email from last week disputing a payment your private contractor that you trust so much provided. A private contractor that came out and in less than a minute was able to assess and estimate how much it would cost to repair a damage!!! I will make sure the multiple people I emailed back and forth receive a copy of this response. This company is a big SCAMReview fromSean R

Amazon driver damaged my door and door frame along with an estimate from a licensed contractor. I provided the video and photos of the damage. The adjuster decdied that the door wasn't damaged and offered me less than half of what the repairs and replacement door would cost. Now calls and emails go unasnwered. Most of the time, her phone goes straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full. I leave a message whenever I can, but get zero response. If Amazon damages your property, you're basically SOL. *** seems to be high volume and tries to settle claims for as little as possible and once the file is closed, refuses to discuss the claim with you further.ARC Claims Management

On Memorial day weekend while we were out of town we had our normal ***** driver hit our gate.It opens automatically when leaving and he was not paying attention and attempted to drive through as it was closing. I had to get a contractor to open the gate to allow him out. Have pictures, police report and admission from the driver. Hearing the same story from other people. Resend this report, didn't get pictures, forgot to ask about this.Call and ask for a Supervisor and they are not available, nor will they call you back.I believe that dragging out the resolution of a claim is a company policy.I have had to pay out of pocket to get the hinges and lock temp repaired. They do not put names on any correspondence. I cannot believe a company as well known as ***** uses a company with a D rating.ARC Claims Management

We have called multiple times, have emailed, filled out forums and have not received any information regarding our claim. An Amazon delivery driver destroyed our mailbox and wooden post. I have the driver on camera admitting to it, and have spoken to the owner of the company that is contracted with Amazon who is also aware of the incident. Then approximately 2 days ago we received another email but with a whole different case number. So something is wrong and yet no one is speaking to us. This should be a simple case, as again we DO have the Amazon Driver on camera admitting to the damage and sharing her bosses contact information. There should be no issues. All we are asking for is a new mailbox, wooden post, sealent for post, mounting bracket, and cost of installation that comes to $391 for our claim.ARC Claims Management

I wish i could leave 0 stars. Amazon driver ripped my front storm glass door off its hinges and removed the handle. *** has asked for documentation that has been provided numerous times. The claimant has submitted a photo of her damaged door and a video of an Amazon truck in the street. No evidence has been submitted to support the allegation the damage was done by the Amazon Driver. The claimant has a ring video device. I have requested the ring video that shows the Amazon Driver damagin the door.Review fromMichael E

Amazon Claims engaged in tired, bad-faith claim handling practices with the transparent goal of trying to save a buck at my expense. My claim was simple and undisputed: An Amazon van wrecked my mailbox. It needed to be replaced. I bought nearly all replacement parts on Amazon, and I had a contractor do the work for 1 hour at standard rates. I had everything to support the claim, including an admission from Amazon's driver, photos, and all invoices. This should be a no-brainer claim. But then here come the delays from the Amazon Claims department, asking for the same back-up documentation three times, asking for the same monetary figures again and again, and then finally, after weeks, announcing that it would agree to pay only 66% of the claim, without explanation. It took a threat of legal action before Amazon Claims finally agreed to pay 100%.ARC Claims Management

I wish I could give zero stars. A ***** driver drove into my yard after a heavy rain and then backed into a flower bed. I have documented through email one of their representatives telling me the materials for the repair would be paid, then they backed out of it and now want "more proof." I have a video of ***** doing it! I've been talked down to, not allowed to get a word in, and overall ignored. I've tried to bring this behavior up to a manager, but she doesn't return my calls either. Very frustrating.ARC Claims Management

An Amazon driver tried to back down my steep, curved driveway, hit our stone wall and caused a large hole in the wall, leaving boulders on my driveway. I took pictures one minute after the truck departed, and ARC (for Amazon) refuses to investigate, despite me immediately reporting it, and confirming the date, time and contents of the package being delivered so they knew with 100% certainty which driver it was. I had the wall repaired for $800 and ARC emailed me a check for $200, which I refuse to open/acknowledge. Their response is because I don't have photos or video of the incident happening (just pictures of the damage and the package delivered), they are sending $200 as a "good faith effort" to resolve. Either they didn't ask the driver, or the driver lied. If they bothered to investigate, they would have seen damage to the vehicle because there's no way the truck wasn't damaged after destroying our wall like it did. I, too, would give zero starts if that were possible.ARC Claims Management

After reading my review, a representative from ARC reached out to me directly to remedy the situation. He was courteous and respectful, and very quickly arranged for the additional $400 so that ultimately they did pay 100% of the cost for the repair to my wall. Thank you BBB for providing this forum, and thank you *** for responding so quickly.
