    Ive been waiting 4 months for this company to review my claim. I spend thousands of dollars PER month with ****** and this is complete lack of professionalism. I will reach out to my uncle whos a big time ****** stock holder and make sure they change insurance companies cause this company is terrible all around based on EVERYONES reviews. Good luck losing the BIGGEST client you will ever see in your lifetime.

    My parked car was damaged on 1/31/25 when an Amazon driver misjudged their proximity and hit it. I saw the incident and went outside to talk with the driver and got the information necessary to file a claim. Initial calls were made to ****** but I heard nothing back until 2/3/25, which is simply to say I received an email, with a new submission form to fill out. After submission I heard nothing back until end of day on 2/7, when it was requested that I provide more information (information that was not asked/required on either submission previously). Now, almost two weeks from the incident, I finally got a quote/appraisal for their coverage, and it doesn't even cover the total cost of parts from the shop estimate I provided them. They don't cover OEM parts, just aftermarket junk. They also dont work with the shop, instead forcing me to accept a payment that is under the amount needed and then the shop will have to submit supplementals they likely wont cover. They won't cover my rental car up front, instead they require me to pay for it and submit a reimbursement form. The worst part of it, every time I've managed to get someone on the phone (a difficult task in itself) I am treated like I am at fault in this situation. This has forced me to miss work, and I will get zero reimbursement for that, and this is 100% their liability. Worst company I've ever dealt with.

    A settlement, in which they denied full liability, and offered less than 50% of what it world cost, at a minimum, to repair my car. And that was after two weeks. They requested an estimate, which I have them, and they didn't even utilize. Multiple unanswered emails and voice mails still, as it's been 6 days since last contact.

    They responded, only in context to say that they responded. No adjustments were made, no reappraisals were performed. They gave an ultimatum on taking a paltry offer or taking nothing, even though they are 100% at fault. *** is the shadiest company I have ever had the displeasure of trying to work with. My insurance, whom I should not have had to go through, cannot even get them to answer back.

    Customer ********************** is all time worst!!! They dont seem to like their jobs nor do they care about customers! ******/contractor, drove down my driveway leaving squiggles in my driveway permanently and Amazon doesnt want to take responsibility for it because they hire contractors and you have to file thru **** a$$ ARC Claims. I sent video captured by ring camera showing the driver as he reverses out of my drive way and the claim is being denied with evidence!If I ever get in contact with someone ITS ON!

    A driver ran over our brick mailbox. We filed the claim a month ago including the ring camera video showing him running through the yard and completely rocking the mailbox leaving it leaning with the bricks chipped, and the address plate off. We have given them an estimate and the video. You can call and leave voicemails which they never return. You can send an email to the general inbox, which they always reply that claim is in review. They are clearly liable and I dont understand how they can just put you off with no response. I dont know if this company actually pays claims and it is impossible to find a governing body that they report to. We are very frustrated. Im not seeking anything that we are not owed. They damaged our property and we deserve to be paid for that to make repairs.

    ARC --very slow and overall poor communication--3 months to deny my claim. Property damage with a picture of the Prime van in my driveway. Picture of vehicle and damage are dated.--I have 30 plus dates and times documented. These are not my deliveries, but for a neighbor on an adjacent street which I provided the correct address and recipient. After a 3 month "careful examination" they claim there was insufficient evidence to grant my claim. They don't have any evidence to show Amazon was the direct cause. I would think a simple phone call to the delivery office and a discussion with the driver would be evidence enough and could have been resolved in less time.

    I have been dealing with a claim that was caused due several Amazon delivery people forcing my entry way gate forward, which causes the gate to get stuck on the concrete this warping the frame of the gate. There is a sign on the gate that says: Gate Opens Outward. I took photos of the warping of the gate, which included (5) photos. The damage continued to happen as 4 different Amazon delivery people kept forcing the gate forward. I ended up with (9) videos showing how the damage was occuring. I tried to reach out to ****** **** since 12/10/25 and she has not been responsive to calls or emails. I had issues trying to upload the videos on their portal and the videos were too data heavy to email. Yet no one from ********** knows how to return a phone call or emails.On 1/28/25 I get a demanding email from ********** basically saying that if I dont send the 7 videos the claim will be closed by the end of the week. I ended up compressing the videos, so if they lost any data thats on ********** for being incompetent about returning any phone calls or emails when I stated I was having issues with uploading the videos.Furthermore, there were 3 additional dates that damaged occurred after the claim was initially filed, so that is why there were 9 Ring videos. Ive been back and forth to the hospital, so I havent had time to get quotes, but Im on it now. I just had to share my ordeal with this incompetent company that does not communicate with the claimant effectively. I see many have had similar experiences.

    Opened a claim after an Amazon driver DELIBERATELY RAMMED HIS CAR into our gate thereby damaging the gate. Ther are multiple RING video cams depicting the incident which were uploaded to the cliams portal. A claim was opened and despite me reaching out over 5 times and sending emails to the proper claim email address there has been zero response. Their email indicates someone will reach out to me within 2 busness days. It has been over 1 week, 4 phone msgs on a number that puts me on hold for 20 min before taking a msg, and 3 email replies to the adjuster! This is a deliberate way to avoid responsiblity of their poorly trained drivers! I ALWAYS HATED AMAZON AND THIS IS JUST ANOTHER REASON TO AVOID THEM!

    The comment to my complaint is very similar to all the bogus pre-planned comments. No adjuster has contacted me and the phone number has a msg on loop. It has now been over 4 weeks and no response from this bogus insurance company. There is no one to answer this claim. It is a fraudulent business that evades responsibility. I will be reporting this to the insurance fraud department as well.

It is possible that the driver may have been an AMAZON FLEX driver. We are researching to see if the vehicle involved was a driver with Amazon Flex.     Hello after what seems like forever an adjuster contacted me via phone and indicated that the driver was indeed using a personal vehicle and was at fault. My issue with this company is the lack of response and lack of customer ********************** when it comes to client claims and communication. I am waiting for the reimbursement and will follow up with a comment once the case is closed. So far I have only noticed delay and poor communication from this company, their portal and representatives.
