I filed a claim in January 2023 and have yet to receive any payment. Despite multiple emails stating that a check was mailed on three separate occasions, nothing has arrived. The staff has been consistently disinterested, inefficient, and unresponsive, making the entire experience incredibly frustrating. It seems they fail to recognize that many of their clients are well-educated homeowners dealing with significant property damage. For over two years, I have made countless phone calls and sent numerous emails, yet I have received no response.ARC Claims Management

If there was a rating lower than one star I would give it. In November of ******************************************************* my single lane driveway of my home and backed into my propane tank that supplies gas for cooking and hot water for my home. The impact forced the tank off its pedestal and bent the supply line to the house. The driver was honest about his mistake, reporting The accident as his fault. My nightmare began when I was told that the matter was referred to a third-party agency called ***. It has been almost 4 months, and I still have not received compensation for the damage which I had repaired at my expense. I have sent them numerous emails asking when I was going to get compensation. It takes weeks to get a response and no one who responds ever identifies themselves. For the last five weeks, I have been told by ARC to expect compensation. My last notice from them was on March 1, ******************************************* the mail within 10 days that deadline has come and gone and I still have not received compensation. ****** has been little help in getting this resolved as well.ARC Claims Management

1 starafter completing the delivery the driver went to turn around and miss judged the edge of the driveway and got stuck. the driver contacted ****** to get assistance. the recovery vehicle arrived and attempted to get the delivery vehicle back on the driveway but in the process got hung up on my power pole. which is completely off my driveway 12ft. or more. in attempting to remove the delivery vehicle from the pole it put to much tension on the support wire and it pulled the attachment point off the side of my house, causing damage to the electrical connection to my house. i went through there claims prosses and it seemed to go smoothly until i submitted the invoice for the repair. then they just stopped responding until they sent me a below cost offer as a settlement. i refused to accept until they justified there appraisal of my damages. then they just stopped responding all together. even with daily attempts to call and email. it has been ******************************** that they "completed the investigation of my claim" and mailed me the check that was well below the cost of actually getting the repair done.Review fromN. An Amazon van got stuck in my yard on 12/10/2024. The ****** representative that came to get the truck out of my yard stated that he would fix the damages to my property. After a month, my yard wasnt fixed and I had heard nothing in return. I contacted ****** and they had me file a complaint with ARC on 1/16/2025, which contained photos of the vehicle stuck in my yard and the damages done. I was told on 1/30/2025 by an *** representative to go out and get an estimate for repair of the damages done to my yard and submit it. I did so. The estimate I received was for $2,164 and after weeks, ARC came back and said they would cover $372. I told them I needed proof of how they acquired that number and I was told an in house adjuster came up with that number based off of fair market value of material and labor in my area. I asked for the paper work in regard to this fair market value number they obtained and have yet to receive any. I have photo/video evidence as well as an estimate to fix the damages done to my property. ****** keeps telling me that they cant help me but ARC is best equipped to handle this situation. However, I received generic emails from I dont know who. My assigned agent has yet to respond to any email I sent. I have tried calling ARC MULTIPLE TIMES and left messages, to no avail. I have tried to settle this claim yet they are refusing to settle my claim for the estimate I received and was told to get. It has been almost 3 months since the incident happened and a month and a half since I have filed the claim.ARC Claims Management

This matter has been escalated. The adjuster assigned to the claim has been instructed to contact the clamant and provide her with a copy of the appraisal report that was prepared and was the basis of the offer.N. B.

Per the email I received on March 1st, 2025 from the ********, my claim had been investigated and per your attached appraisal (which has yet to be attached to any email I have received from the ********) ARC had that date forwarded their settlement check to me of $372.21 and that it should be delivered up to 10 days from March 1, 2025. I had yet to confirm any contact information, including an address. Once again, I have received zero contact from my adjuster or any adjuster for that matter. All contact has been from random ARC claims emails with no ARC team representative name, including the last email I received on March 1, 2025. I have repeatedly asked for the ARC appraisal of how $372.21 was reached on your end, yet the appraisal I received from a landscaping company that came out and observed the damage done to my property (in person) is for $2,164.00. The claim needs to be settled in full.ARC Claims Management

Scam artists. Plain and simple. An Amazon van ran over my mailbox, destroying it and the post it was attached to. ARC took 2 months to reply. My reasonable estimate for repair was $366. They offered me $25. That's doesn't even cover the cost of the box itself. It's just a scam. I'm fighting with them, but they don't respond.ARC Claims Management

I opened a claim on Jan 16th because an Amazon driver ran over and destroyed our mailbox. The driver informed us, accepting fault, and contacted the dispatcher. I completed all the forms and submitted replacement cost. I have since sent multiples emails through the ARC portal and have attempted to email my CSR multiple times. There has been no response, no follow up and no timeline for when payment will be received . We have since had to replace the mailbox at our own cost as we have been without a mailbox for an extended length of time with no communication, a big inconvenience to us.ARC Claims Management

This claims company is borderline a scam based on my experience. You represent one of the largest companies in this entire nation and yet when people file simple claims for incidents, you prolong it behind reasonable timing. Just so everyone is clear:AMAZONS DELIVERY driver HIT & RAN on my property. Damaged one of my brand new trucks and we called local *********** to file claim back on 21, October of last year. Today is February 15, 2025 and ARC claims who supposedly represents ****** HAS NOT contacted me. You almost have to harass these people to get them back in ******** surprised you guys have not been sued for negligence. Its been 180 days since this incident occurred & initial claims were submitted. I hope everyone who sees this online knows that they will play this waiting game. If you feel like letting anyone who works for ****** off the hook when their drivers damage your stuff, simply dont.. these folks who represent ****** dont give a c*** about how avoidant we are in the seriousness of situations and will take their sweet time to work with youARC Claims Management

My parked car was damaged on 1/31/25 when an Amazon driver misjudged their proximity and hit it. I saw the incident and went outside to talk with the driver and got the information necessary to file a claim. Initial calls were made to ****** but I heard nothing back until 2/3/25, which is simply to say I received an email, with a new submission form to fill out. After submission I heard nothing back until end of day on 2/7, when it was requested that I provide more information (information that was not asked/required on either submission previously). Now, almost two weeks from the incident, I finally got a quote/appraisal for their coverage, and it doesn't even cover the total cost of parts from the shop estimate I provided them. They don't cover OEM parts, just aftermarket junk. They also dont work with the shop, instead forcing me to accept a payment that is under the amount needed and then the shop will have to submit supplementals they likely wont cover. They won't cover my rental car up front, instead they require me to pay for it and submit a reimbursement form. The worst part of it, every time I've managed to get someone on the phone (a difficult task in itself) I am treated like I am at fault in this situation. This has forced me to miss work, and I will get zero reimbursement for that, and this is 100% their liability. Worst company I've ever dealt with.ARC Claims Management

A settlement offer was sent to the claimant on 2/12/25S. G.
Date: 02/19/2025
A settlement, in which they denied full liability, and offered less than 50% of what it world cost, at a minimum, to repair my car. And that was after two weeks. They requested an estimate, which I have them, and they didn't even utilize. Multiple unanswered emails and voice mails still, as it's been 6 days since last contact.ARC Claims Management

I have responded to this complaint on 2/13/25S. G.
Date: 03/05/2025
They responded, only in context to say that they responded. No adjustments were made, no reappraisals were performed. They gave an ultimatum on taking a paltry offer or taking nothing, even though they are 100% at fault. *** is the shadiest company I have ever had the displeasure of trying to work with. My insurance, whom I should not have had to go through, cannot even get them to answer back.ARC Claims Management
