I signed up to see what this service was about i am currently going through medical issues and i cant cook at this time but i wanted to see what type of products they have.Well to even look at anything you have to put your card info and a couple days later i got a notification saying my order is bringing processed and my bank was charged *****.I will be in the hospital at that time and never intended to get this service yet until i was well enough.I want a refund. I do not want this order. This company should be ashamed of themselves. I was billed for an order I did not confirm in the middle of the night and now do not see a way to cancel it. I have tried contacting the company but there is no number to call only an email form. I do not want this order or any other order from this company.Business Response

I canceled my subscription beginning of this month April 2025. I have received two orders of food that I did not order after my subscription was canceled. I have attempted reaching out via the customer service form five times and its been ignored each time. They have no phone number and I do not want to be charged again. I need a full refund for the two boxes that were sent. Im getting another box sent to me this week and I am getting charged for that. I did not consent to this order similar two the two orders prior that were sent to me. I need a refund for the three boxes of food that were sent to me with no prior authorization and after my subscription was canceled.Business Response

Taking a look at your account history, it looks like two separate accounts were created with two different email addresses. We see that our ************* Team has dug into the duplicate accounts and they've since responded to your email. On April 3, 2025 the team processed a full refund for your first order. Then, on April 11, 2025, they issued a full refund for your second and final order. Depending on your banks processing time, the refunded amounts should return to your bank account within 5-10 business days from the date each refund was issued.
Rest assured, both of your accounts have been cancelled as requested. You will not receive any future charges or orders unless you choose to sign up again in the future. If you need anything else, please don't hesitate to let us know. We're here to help!

I won't into the misfits Market through and ad and signed up (no subscription) to look around to potentially use them in the future. Unbeknownst to me , I was charged for an order I never reviewed or confirmed and put on a subscription plan I never signed up for. When a customer creates an account, a recurring weekly delivery is automatically set up, but customers are given the option to customize their order or skip it entirely before a clearly stated cutoff time. You're also welcome to swap over to our "Flex Plan" option which isn't a subscription.

I went on website to see what products they allow you to choose. It required a CCd. Next thing I know it states my order will be placed. I instantly went back on website to cancel. Shipment showed up at doorstep. I never opened box so I may return and they never responded. I will continue to email to be fully refunded and anything else canceled appropriately.Business Response

Ive never used misfits market before I received an ad in social media so I looked it up before you can look at prices you have to add payment so I put the information in it included my Apple wallet and then I did not like anything that was on there. The prices were more than the grocery store and I did not want a subscription and all of a sudden I wake up this morning and it is placed in order for me. There's no way to cancel the order I looked at the Website less than 24 hours ago. Im not able to contact anyone. I want a refund but I have to speak to the merchant first and no one theres no one to speak to their practices are deceptive. You should have to decide that you want to place an order and acknowledge that youre placing order. I didnt even double click on my iPhone. Im really upset with their practices and I think that it needs to be addressed someone that does not want an order should not wakeup the next morning less than 24 hours later to an order being charged to them because they wanted to look at prices.Business Response

I went on site to browse, they make you add your info including cc#.
The site was not something I would order & found prices to be same at g stores. I got out of site. 2 days ago I saw a msg as to a delivery
The box contained food I would never order+it was vegan. They had no right to do this. There isn't a customer # to call them. I did call my bank - I have to try to settle this thru the merchant 1st.Business Response

I was interested in possibly opening up a subscription to Misfits Market in order to look at the products they had to offer you had to giveall your identifying information, including a credit card before you could start looking at any products they offered I decided to cancel my subscription since I could not preview the products they had to offer before my first order online and their website kept telling me my password was incorrect and password codes to reset it which never worked. The telephone number that's listed on the Internet for their customer. Service is actually for fossil FOSSIL I'm assuming the watch company.. I want my subscription canceled immediately as of today, March 20, 2025. I have not placed a first order. I will not be placing anyorders I want my subscription canceled with no charges to my credit card ever.. I think it's ridiculous that your website makes it impossible to get into your account or reset your password so you can cancel your subscription account. Unfair business practices if you ask me make it right cancel my subscription immediately and do not charge me for anything. Like MANY others, I was charged an unauthorized amount for a cart that I was looking at. I just wanted to check out the service. This charge comes at a particularily devastating time. I make $36,000 a year as a PhD student. I have about $500 right now that is supposed to last me two weeks. Misfits Market has charged me $42 unauthorized for groceries I cannot afford. Last night I was debating between getting eggs at the real grocery store, and this morning I wake up to the news that $42 has been removed my amount. I am livid and feel powerless. I would NEVER recommend even making an account with this company to test out the waters as I did.Business Response
