      I purchased almost 600 dollars worth of groceries and never received it. I reached out to them to get a refund and they refused to refund me please dont order from this company they are scammers! Go to HEB and save your bucks

      We were not able to place an order because the ordering window was not open. We are receving a box of food that we do not want and did not order.They signed us up for a membership that we did not ask for. They are shipping food we won't eat. They say that there is no way to get a refund for the money they charged us. There is no way to speak to a person and no way to remove personal information, including credit card details from their website. The bank said they may be able to block Misfits Market from our account for fifteen months. After that time Misfits Market would be able to bill us again. I recommend not even looking at their website. This was the cause of all our problems.

We definitely want to be transparent and when folks create an account, we state that we are a subscription service. We also send a welcome email highlighting customers' first order, their shopping window, and additional info like how to skip. Customers can also swap over to the "Flex Plan" option in their online account which isn't a subscription. As a final option, customers can also cancel their accounts under the "My Plan" section of their online account and even request to remove personal data from the ***************** We'd love to make sure this is done for you so at your leisure please either drop us a note via the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of our site or feel free to chat in live from *******, 9am-5pm MST.       No stars would be more accurate.I am sitting here waiting for my food order that was due on Tuesday to arrive. It is now two days late . I tried tracking and it says it will take 24 hours for tracking information--but that the order has shipped. I have emailed and tried to contact the company--no response. I have no car and no food in my house. If it was shipped it means the dairy products risk becoming tainted and the box faces a risk of being crushed in the ***** truck I have had food delivery from these guys through the winter and it can be frustrating due to the broken eggs, leaking milk containers, etc...but they usually refund the cost of those items so I have put up with it...but this is too much. The whole reason for food delivery is to have food available on a regular basis. I literally have one can of soup, a can of pineapple chunks and a lb of coffee.This company *****.

      This company is a fraud company. marketed as cheaper groceries, they cost more than trader ***'s. I signed up but didn't put in an order, but found my card charged and an order delivered. no phone number on website - you are at the mercy of their "complaint portal" which they poorly respond to. Three charges were made, two which have been refunded. I am still owed *****, but have little hope of seeing it. ****** learned.

      I revisited this site because I sincerely wanted to check their prices and how it would fare against current grocery costs. However in doing so, it happened to trigger a renewal subscription apparently. When I went to go look back through my emails from the company, I first received a verification code (makes sense) since I was logging back in for the first time in years. The next email I received shortly after was labeled "Welcome to our new shopping experience", so of course it was sent through to my spam folder in Gmail on 5/15/24. I only found this after trying to search through my emails on how I even got a subscription plan and to see whether I personally selected it. It looks like once you log back in to your account, it will automatically trigger a subscription for you. So of course, I got an email stating "We received your order" on SUNDAY, 5/19/24 at 3:20AM, which ensued panic in the morning because it's a surprise $51.18 charge (including a $4 tip in which I changed shortly after because why would I tip if I never received anything?). I was literally trying to save money from groceries. This is absurd for a company to try to take advantage of people especially in these unfortunate times. There is no phone number to contact them, only a submission form. Of course, I have contacted customer service through this form and waiting patiently to have it refunded and cancelled (sent 5/19/24 at 10:16AM). I'm never trusting a company like this again, which is unfortunate because the past years I tried and was content with their model.

      Nothing but problems from the beginning. I had my cart filled and ready to go before my shopping window was closed. I went to check my order the day before and my entire cart was wiped out and replaced with their suggested items. When I went to refill my cart again I found there were items that were then sold out and i had to buy a more expensive alternative and ended up spending 300 dollars for two boxes. The way my boxes came was absolutely atrocious. You can tell the people who are packing these orders either have absolutely no idea what they're doing or they truly do not care about the work they are doing. Zero quality control going on. In one box I reviewed cold items that were packaged with cold packs but found there were items that weren't meant to be cold. I found a bag of chips that was cut open on top of this. There was a loaf of bread I didn't even order on the bottom of the box so it was indeed crushed. They forgot my coffee which I assume was confused for bread. In my second box were also cold packs but I had cardboard items and bags of flour that were packaged carelessly in this box as well and they were ruined by the wetness and moisture. I had broccoli that was loose and not in a bag so it got all over everything. Absolutely unacceptable and customer service has not responded to me which is not surprising. The fact when I requested refunds there was no questions asked and was offered the refund blindly shows that they know their company is trash. It's unfortunate this company takes advantage of people. Also beware canceling your account, it is very deceptive and you must make sure you completely cancel your account and get email confirmation.

They've also refunded your order in full and you should see that on your end within 5-10 business days.       Oh man - where to start!! I guess I will try to keep it short and sweet. From the time I contacted MM in September, 2023, about an order, through March 2024, I had not built a grocery box, had an empty cart (as far as I know), received no product and wasn't billed for anything. All of sudden, in April 2024 I have received two deliveries and billed for two deliveries, with a third harge reflecting as pending as of 4/28/24 - the total being $147.33. I just don't understand how I can go 6 months without receiving product or getting billed for product, then suddenly this occurs in April. I received a response from a CSR named ******, indicating that the plan associated with an email address of mine had been cancelled, but yet I continued to get emails at that same address reminding me to build my box. So I don't know if these 3 charges are associated with the same email address. This has been very frustrating and extremely stressful in trying to get this issue resolved.

      Do no patronize this business. I got a notification from my bank when they tried to charge me over $8,000.00. I had contacted them a few days prior over an $80 charge that I didnt authorize. There is no phone number to speak to anyone and you have to wait until they return an email. I have yet to hear from anyone. Now I have to go through the process of canceling my card waiting for a new one to arrive, along with all the inconveniences that come along with that. They are terrible masquerading as if theyre doing something good for the world all while taking advantage of people.
