1 starI worked in the warehouse at Misfits Market for about 3 months packing orders. It was genuinely the most disgusting work environment Ive ever been in. I would never eat food from this company after seeing what happens to it.Workers would touch food without gloves, a fair amount of people not wearing hairnets. It is a very cold environment, therefore everyone is wearing a heavy jacket. The loose fitting clothes are constantly touching produce. The floors and shelves where food is kept are were caked in dirt and dust. Although there is proper PPI and rules set in place to prevent these things, its not enforced enough and makes for an unsanitary environment in my opinion. They delivered my 2 boxes with 50 items, which was $260 worth of groceries, to the wrong address and of course it was stolen. There is no way to call or chat with a person you have to submit a ticket. I have been ignored because they refuse to replace my food. They dont care that I am without food and will not resend my items. They refunded and gave me a measly $15 which is useless to me, I want my ********** beyond upset and disappointed and this is probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. What if someone is disabled or cant go out and now they have no food. They simply do not care about their customers at all and they hire incompetent drivers who cant read or use a GPS.Misfits Market

Poor quality products, especially produce, so you're not actually saving money or any food items from going to waste. Selection is lacking overall. **************** isn't helpful and all vlame will always fall on you. Company will keep automatically submitting orders on your behalf that you didn't submit, charging you out the rear end, and then holding you responsible for the charges. Items shipped without consent aren't even based on your purchase history so they send you random things just to keep siphoning funds. Refusal to provide any refunds on forced orders. Quite unfortunate that they took over competitor Imperfect Foods; their customer service was impeccable compared to these misfit criminals. Avoid at all costs.Misfits Market

I placed an order, that was confirmed. I was sent tracking information and waited one day over the expected delivery date. I then asked that they either give me a status update or to please refund my order. I had no response. 3 days later a total of 9 days after an order was placed and I reached out again, having to wait a total of 10 days to finally get a response telling me, my order was never shipped and they would give me a refund on my order which will take an additional 5 business days. This has to be one of the worst companies to deal with and I think the majority of their profit goes to ads on instagram and TikTok rather than customer support or quality improvement at their warehouse. Dont take youre chances with this company.Misfits Market

The account under ******************************* was successfully canceled and we can see that you only had 1 order under this account that was delivered on 09/02/2021. No further orders were processed through this account. For the email address ********************************, there was no charge as the payment authorization declined. The reason for the decline was "Your card was declined." Unfortunately, we do not have additional information on the specific decline reason. This account has been canceled and closed out. It will remain closed unless reactivated through the account portal.

I have given misfit market several chances over the years, and unfortunately, things do not get better. The products themselves are fine, it is the delivery that is the issue. I have never gotten consistent deliveries on the same day or time frame. This past order got canceled because it was placed on the wrong truck. Yes, I got a full refund but it is still very inconvenient not to get my orders each week. I have complained several times and customer service has always been responsive, but the delivery service has not improved. I am know searching for alternative services. Whole foods does delivery but very pricy. The search goes on.Misfits Market

You've left me no other choice but to leave negative review. One star is too many. Why would you guys choose this order (#********) to not send me an email stating "It's time to shop" and instead send me an email at 4 a.m. my time saying "your order is confirmed" and charge my account $58. I'm thankful it wasn't for more like the rest of your reviews. I have never kept the items 'you' pick for me, but will replace them with things I can afford. Like who in the h*** would pay $6 for half a dozen hard boiled eggs. A dozen at my store aren't even half that. I sent 5 emails alone to your so called customer support today, with no response. I would like this order cancelled and my account credited. And please also cancel my subscription.Misfits Market

I'm really glad you were able to reach out to our ************* team and that they were able to locate an account where the charges are coming from that's getting deliveries in the same zip code as you live in. They've placed the account on hold and reached out to the customer asking for confirmation of ownership of the card or for them to change their payment card going forward. We've placed the account on hold until they take one of those actions.
