Very disappointed. Rep came out to discuss our gutter issues. Everything was fine until the end when he kept pushing us to buy right then. Asked too many personal financial questions that were none of his business. Also, contacted his Manager to discuss a better deal right in front of us. Some times it's better to walk away with a no at that moment and then a yes later. Very disrespectful. We were going to consider purchasing their system, but not now.

Sales visit turned into sales pitch and a con job. Very informational as they take a long time to explain your issues and why their product is the fix then comes the tactics of trying to literally force you to commit there and then. ***** went from 15k to 7 k with special day only deals and a phone call to the mystery manager and then a two second text that unveiled another discount. What scammers. No thanks.

I was looking for quotes and had someone come out. We didn't realize it was going to be a 2 hour sales pitch with no exact quote. They say they will take a few hundred off for this and that, but we didn't realize it started at 16k. We were told we would get $100 gift card for sitting throught the spiel. This was 4 months ago and still have not received the gift card, but luckily found a reasonable gutter installation for 3k.

So leafguard advertised a $99.00 installation fee on their web site. When I met with the sales rep by appointment it was though he didn't know or care about the $99 ad. I just needed a simple 30 foot gutter and down spout on a new detached garage. His estimate took way too long for something this simple. The initial cost was OVER $5k !!! There was a $3685 setup fee charge which the sales rep could not fully explain what it was for other than for the cost to come out and pay for gas. Are you kidding me!!Finally afer several phone calls to a manager the cost came to $3581 !!When I said no way he wanted to call his manager yet again. It was like I was dealing with someone at a used car lot......seriously.......At this point I told the rep to hit the road **** !!!

On November 14, 2022, LeafGuard of Colorado installed a LeafGuard Gutter System without disclosing problems winter icicles as snow melts from our roof. I know its employees/ knew this because when I called to complain I was told "they just do that" because there is not enough insulation. Its salesman sat in our family room for 2 hours making his pitch and should have noted our raised roof had minimal insullation and our garage had none. The icicles are bad enouth, but the ice on our driveway, front stoop and backdoor landing is dangerous. I'm disabled, something its salesman could observe, and these dangerous icey patches could potentially cause injury. This companys a A+ Rating from BBB but the customers give its system a 1.4 out of 5 stat rating. Whats that about. Did the Company buy its A+ rating?

I had Leafguard Gutters installed a few months ago. The system functions as advertised. Some pros and cons of my experience follow:Con: Price Questionable Sales Rep ******* -The 'call-in' to "management" for price negotiation, while I stood there, is an ugly sales tactic to push the naive customer into a purchase. The rep could have faked the call for all I know. I wanted to walk away after this, but my spouse decided to move forward with the purchase. Quote Process Too Long: -It took HOURS. Customers should be made aware of the time commitment when scheduling a quote. Install Not As Scheduled: -The install team showed up a day early with no phone call ahead of time. This was not an issue for us, but many of the 1-star reviews say their schedules were not respected by the Leafguard team. It's just bad business.Pro: Attractive Gutter System -The gutter adds an aesthetically pleasing look to the home. Knowledgable Sales *************** knew the pitch and product very well. He provided sound advice regarding color choice. He was mindful of our water problems and our way forward to resolve them. I liked him from the start. He clearly enjoys connecting with people. His call to management was the only time I was dissatisfied. Professional Install Team -They worked in a down pour, borderline miserable conditions, and were still agreeable and professional. Gutter Functions as Advertised -Our metal roof gave us a version of the *******'s Water Show every rainfall. We no longer have this problem. Product Warranty -It stays with the product. So far, the only buyer's remorse I have is the price with our already strapped budget. While we have to yet hit the rainy season, we've had some pretty gnarly downpours. The Leafguard Gutters handled the flow as advertised. I'm confident they'll continue to do so.

Sales rep tried scare tactics (my roof will need to be completely removed to repair damage-non existent damage, btw, water in crawl space, again, non existent & pressure to sell me $14000 new installation on my whole house when I wanted simple repair & a new installation on a small out building which he totally ignored. I am 75 yrs old & alot smarter than he is, but worry about others

I have been complaining about the over flow of water on the gutters for years. And water gets in my basement and has caused damage in parts of the basement. Some times they have came out to fix it and still over flows. And some times they would not show up at all. I have plenty of vidoe's of the water over flowing filling up my window well and the water seeps throw and runs down my basement wall. I also have pictures and dates. And this is my back yard. Now the front over flows and go under the sofit and icicles are forming under the soft. there is damage under there how much I don't know. I have been asking for my money back number of times. NOTHING.

We had Leaf Guard out last night. The representative ***** was very helpful and professional. He did not pressure us to purchase anything and was very knowledgable. He even stayed longer to help us decide on a color. We ended up going with this company due to all of the above, we have had 2 other companies out where we felt pressured and reps seemed only out for the sale. This system makes sense and the warranties seem good especially when we live in the *****. We did receive a few price discounts which did help seal the deal. These will be installed in only 4 days as they are very willing to accommodate our work schedules.

A sales rep came out and was very pushy, didn't want to allow me time to think about the purchase and insulted me when I stated that I would need to discuss with my family members before taking on their contract. He first quoted my $20,000 but with the discounts he managed to get it down to $16,000 with $441 monthly payment, then after calling his boss, he came down to $11k. Needless to say, I didnt agree to the terms even after the undertone comments and decided to continue looking for a more reasonable company to do the job.
