      Absolutely terrible company and even worse customer service refused to cover something that was supposed to be covered then when I complained offered to give me a small percentage of the money back they increased my monthly rate without notice I attempted to cancel several times including sending emails I called multiple times and was hung up on three times Then when I finally did just recently get through today they transferred me to three people in attempt to retain my business and refused to cancel my service until I finally threatened to dispute charges on my credit card and cancel that credit card did they finally tell me my service has been canceled

      Had an issue with my pool that was clearly stated to be covered under the contract terms. They delayed the repair for 6 weeks then stated it was not covered. Was escalated via their dispute process and the claims person from *************** up on me. No way to reach them either. They are scamming people out of their money - stay away!

      I have had this Home Warranty since August 1, 2023. My water has gone out twice. The 1st time they sent a technician and who replaced the switch. The water heater is 17 years old and really needs to been replace but of of course they only wanted to patch the problem oppose to replacing the water heater. On September 2nd the water heater went out again. Today is September 14th and I have been without hot water every since. *** continues to tell me they are still looking for a technician. I spoke with one plumber and he advised he doesn't work with *** because they don't claims in a timely manner. I now to pay out of pocket for a plumber and because a lot of plumbing companies don't sumbit itemized bills I may not get my money back through HWA. This company hasn't follow through on the contract in which I paid for. I wish I had read the reviews on *** before signing a second contract with this HWA. My contract is up on November 2023 and I will go with a different warranty company. Total Joke

      If I could give negative stars, I WOULD! We are the imbeciles for having this warranty company for all this time! Based in ******* where we have had record heat for the past few months, they are refusing to cover our A/C claim repair. The 2 case managers assigned to our claim were completely incompetent reading the contract language to us. They could not even properly explain why the clause they were reciting did not cover the requested repair! We are beyond angry with the customer service. Not only were they unable to properly explain why they were rejecting our claim, they hung up on us TWICE. This company SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO CONTINUE OPERATING!!!! Please think twice before enlisting this completely useless "warranty"!!!

      They are scammers they left me homeless and without answers for two months in the heat of summer, a month postpartum with my youngest and a toddler. We nearly lost the house and the repairs would’ve been much smaller had they had our unit looked at sooner. They’re awful, they don’t care about their customers and your claim won’t move unless you pester them 12 times a day and even then they won’t

      My husband and I just bought a home and opted to get a home warranty. Upon moving in, the garage disposal was not working. I filed a claim with *** and was told a technician would contact me in ***** hours to set a day and time to come out. A week later, still no contact from a technician. Called HWA and was told they were having trouble locating a tech due to my area (****** **) and give them a day. Another week goes by without contact and I call again. I was given the same excuse but I could fix things myself and get reimbursed. I responded that if I had to do the job myself there was no point of my needing the warranty so I want to cancel my warranty and get a refund. I was transferred to the contract department's automated line where I could only leave a call back number. I left a call back number several times now without a response. I have not been able to speak with an actual person because I keep being sent to the automated line. The customer service is severely lacking. I feel like I'm being scammed.

      HORRIBLE, watch out!! I cancelled my contract in ***** was reassured that they had CANCELLED my auto deduction and my July payment was not taken out of my bank account so I assumed (BIGGEST MISTAKE!) that everything was fine. Then they AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCTED MY MONEY from MY BANK ACCOUNT in August! I called twice in a week to have them refund me and was first told that I received a free month, (huh??) then was told that I JUST CALLED to cancel my policy when I complained earlier in the week! They are LYING!!! I was transferred to the resolution department and was told to leave my number to get a call back. BIGGEST JOKE EVER!!!I cancelled in June and they are SCAMMING me out of my money!!!

      They offered $250.00 for a $1200.00 bill for a blower fan replacement. Their reimbursement plan is a joke. I didn't care if they paid the full amount. When i cancelled and when she told me they would cover the 250 i laughed. Some other company can get my money. I have free legal help but the time it would take is not worth the cost. I hope more people choose better than i did.

      Incompetent and will continue stringing you along for repairs. They will end a request for a repair if they can not find a technician to fix or replace the item damaged or broken. They have a canned response for complaints and you will not get to speak to a supervisor or anyone to escalate the claim. My bathtub pump has been out for 9 months. I have contacted them 7 times and they have without notice ended the repair claim because they could not find a technician. I then had to find out by calling there was not even an active claim. I am on the 3rd defiled claim for the same issue. One person came to the home and walked in the bathroom after collecting his $100 payment looked at the tub and left saying he would return. He didnt and when calling he said he doesnt work with them anymore. One prior apt was made by the company who called and they apologized saying they will not work for them either. The last tech that called said he did not even fix tubs and cancelled. I was told at one point they were sending a check for the new pump to me for $250, but when checking on the check status a month later they said they need a tech to give them a quote. In order for that to happen I would need to pay the tech to give the estimate and *** would not reimburse me for the service charge. I put in a claim for the pool heater 2 months ago and never received any status on the claim. When checking on it they have not even found a pool tech to work with them in *******. That says a lot for the company. I am so done with them once these two claims are settled unless a unicorn slides down on a rainbow to fix the issues. I have paid $630 in fees and $100 to a tech since this one $200 claim was filed.

      Have made three claims, no one ever came. They closed the claims stating they couldn't find a technician. What's even better is one was the water heater leaking and flooding the basement, so I had it fixed the next morning out of pocket. They said since I fixed it they won't cover it. Which is comical considering they never found a person to come out and service the other parts of the house that were claimed. Do not use!!!
