      I BEEN W HWA FOR A YEAR AND A HALF. MY FIRST TIME FILING A CLAIM EVERYTHING WENT WELL. THEY CAME OUT FIXED MY WASHER PAID MY $100 PROBLEM FIXED. ON 6/19 CALLED AGAIN THIS TIME MY FURNACE WAS LEAKING WATER. ****NICIAN CAME OUT SUPER LATER @ 7PM WHEN OUR APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 5PM. HE TELLS ME I NEED A CONDENSATION. HE DOES NOT KNOW IF ITLL BE COVER AND AS HE IS LEAVING HES ASKING ME HOW AM GOING PAY HIM AND ME SUPER ******! THEN TELLS ME HE HAS A USED ONE IN HIS VAN BUT WILL NOT INSTALL IT CAUSE ITS TOO LATE AND TRIES TO CHARGE ME 150 FOR LABOR AND 150 FOR THE PUMP. THEN MY CLAIM GETS DENIED. I GO BUY THE CONDENSATION PUMP AT ********** FOR 60$ BRAND NEW AND TURNS OUT THAT WASNT THE PROBLEM. WHEN I CALLED HWA TO EXPLAIN WHY ALL THEY SAID WAS ITS NOT PART OF MY COVERAGE COULDNT UNDERSAND. MOVED ALONG NEXT.... ON 7/01 I CALLED AGAIN FILED A CLAIM: NO COLD AIR COMING OUT. ****NICIAN CALLED CAME OUT STATEND A NEEDED A NEW ****. 7/3 THEY CAME OUT PAID AGAIN ANOTHER *************************************************************** DIDNT WANT TO FIGURE IT OUT BECAUSE HE GOT THERE LATE AF. *** GAVE ME AN APPOINTMENT DATE OF 7/6 FOR THE **** TO COME SO I TOOK THE *** OFF WORK FOR NOTHING, *** SENT ME THE WRONG DATE. WHEN I CALLED TO CHECK THE *** THAY STATED THERE WERE COMING OUT 7/11. ON 7/12 MY CLAIM WAS APPROVED. SOMEWHERE BETWEEN 7/12 TO 7/22 MY **** WAS PAID TO HWA FOR MY NEW ****. 7/27 THEY CAME OUT INSTALLED THE **** AND TILL THIS *** IM STILL HAVING ISSUSES WITH THIS NEW ****. THE FURANCE IS LEAKING WATER AND ALL THE ***** ARE FREEXING UP FROM THE OUTSIDE TO THE INSIDE. THE HAVE BEEN BACK TO MY HOME 3XS AND STILL NOT FIXED. THIS WAS NOT CHEAP. ITS COSTING ME EXTRA TO MOVE MY FAMILY AND PETS TO A HOTEL WHEN ITS OVER 85 DEGREESE OUTSIDE. NO ONE SEEMS TO HAVE ANY ANSWERS TO MY PROBLEM AND KEEP SENDING ME LEMON CONTRACTORS. YET ******* WAS QUICK TO TAKE MY MONEY.

      After many ultimate roadblocks on simply trying to get my washer repaired, and being unable to escalate, I had to scour the internet and use a paid service to get leadership email addresses to report the horrendous experience to their leadership... to no response and no surprise. Not sure how a company like this can still be in business?

      If I could give zero stars I would. I am a new homeowner and so disappointed in the service this company provides. I opened a 7/24/23 immediately after the close date to have the house re keyed. To this date they state they do not have a vendor!! A locksmith in our area is not available. I dont understand how that is. The second issue is another claim I opened on 7/25/23 for our water heater. The gas company came out to light the pilot and stated it was not safe. The warranty did send out a company and it was suggested to have a repair or recommending a new water heater. To this date after send them all the information they requested. I have not received an update. So disappointing that a company we paid for to service our home so poorly treats their customers.

      HWA contracted ***** to repair my refrigerator and ***** has repaired it. I had a deductible of $100 but the ***** technician said I had to pay $369.59, so they can order my parts. I was without a refrigerator for at least a month. I had to use my refrigerator in the garage. ***** has sent me a bill for $300. The total bill is $870.27 but they've deducted my $369.59 and the $201 dollars paid by ***. HWA should be paying $770.27, and ***** should be reimbursing me $269.50. I've contacted *** and they keep saying they're waiting on ***** to respond to their emails. This appears to be a common theme for HWA. I've been trying to resolve this issue since May 5, 2023. Meanwhile, *** is taking my premium, every month. ***** has now sent the $300 bill to collections and now I'm getting calls from a collection agency. By the way, ***** only communicates via email, which makes no sense giving the complexity of the situation.

      We have had HWA for 10 years, they have repaired our Central Air twice and it worked for a couple years after each repair. It just went out again on the hottest days of the year, we filed a claim and they responded that they were unable to get anyone out to look at it and for us to get our own contractor. I called a local HVAC company and they came out the following day, they condemned our HVAC system because it was from **** and the parts were obsolete. We called HWA to let them know and they said they would not cover the cost of the new HVAC unit and offered us $209.00. This company is a total SCAM, dont waste your money.

      We filed 2 claims on 7/5/2023. One of which is a fire hazard and we need it taken care of. I called to see the status at 3:00pm on 7/24/2023. I was told they were having a hard time finding a service person to repair our items. Note, we live by 2 major large cities as well as many small towns, there has to be a repairman who is willing to service these claims. Why are we paying monthly for this service if we can't get things fixed. If you are thinking about going with this company, think again. Do not waste your money! Save the money in an account each month and fix the issues yourself. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

      **************** is not *********************** but is outsourced - communications are difficult. I have been disconnected, placed on hold for more than 20 minutes waiting for a manager, and given the same scripted response for the past 5 days. Out Air Conditioner has been out for seven days. We were initially given a contractor more than two hours away despite the fact their are scores of contractors capable in our community of *******. Since this initial contractor was then cancelled by *** we have heard nothing but apologies and scripted answers about escalating our claim. July/August in ******** without air conditioning is not a good thing. We purchased the warranty just for times like this. We had one previous small claim that was handled promptly. Not sure why this has been so difficult. Clearly management and business process problems

      The biggest ripoff company ! Air conditioning breaks down we call HWR and tell them , takes them 48 hrs to send someone supposedly fixed problem few days later ac goes out again takes 48 to get someone out again and now we need knew ac unit now they tells they dont cover all of it because of some state law . and we said ok well pay the extra charge they send me email with the cost and I hit agree and it sends me to another page and it says we approve but doesnt ask me for cc info . Since we pay them monthly with our cc I assumed they have the info and will charge us waiting for a few days and I call the ac company and they tell me that we refused to pay the charges ?? What ?? Unbelievable! Am wheelchair bound and cannot leave my house easily during one of the hottest week in ******** ! Will call my attorney and file a lawsuit against them . Do not buy from this company

      I am a current customer and If there was a way to give them zero stars, I will give them. They are most irresponsive lot with worst technician, who do not show up. I have a HVAC issue pending for 4 months and no sight of resolution. Only call I get from them is to renew the warranty for next year. Please never sign up for any of there services.

      This used to be a good company until my latest encounter. After faithfully paying my premium dating back to 2015, my air conditioner went out. I promptly received an email form them stating that the problem was due neglect on my part. Long story short, they sent two separate people over who confirmed that it was not my fault...yet they gave me the run around and refused to cover the repair. Someone needs to file a class action against this company. I am working on filing a complaint with the ******** ********** of ********* next. Terrible company.
