      This company is currently stealing money from my account monthly. I was quoted $550 for a years warranty and this company has taken $147.47 for now 5 months, and has yet to issue me a refund.

      Terrible company and customer service. They are sure to take your payment on time, but when you need it for a claim, they give you the worst runaround and have an excuse for everything. Any service takes forever so you better not have an emergency and if you pay out of pocket, don't expect reimbursement - under their system, it is impossible. Worst warranty company on the market. Do not waste your money.

      I would give it ZERO stars if I coulddealt with getting the run around for 2 months on a claim for a water heaterway too much to give the whole story, but in a nutshellshady practice going on with this company, would never give me an itemized bill of what they wanted to charge me $400 to pay for said water heater and in the beginning the plumber showed up unannounced on a Sunday at 7 at night to get MORE pic of heater after already giving them pics multiple times!!! I called every week it so for 2 months trying to get resolution before finally cancelling and letting them know Id be contacting ******************** and they could care lesscant believe I had this warranty company for almost 4 years and couldnt even get a water heater replaced!!! What a waste of money!!!

      My son has this warranty company and he has had good luck with them. I on the other hand have not. The techs they send out to diagnose the problem are not well versed in repairs. My latest issue is my washing machine stopped working properly. *** sent out ***** tech to check it. Tech cleaned out a filter and said all is ok. Our first load of laundry failed. ***** sent someone else out. Tech said it is a bad pump, she called the claim in and she told me *** will reach out to me. They did said the pump worn out was not normal wear and tear. This is a pump that the whole machine has to be taken apart to get to, so how could I do anything bad to the pump. The case manager after waiting a few days said the y would goodwill the repair and ***** will call me to make an appointment to repair. Days went by I heard nothing. I called HWA and was told ***** ordered the part and is waiting for the part to come in. Days go by. I called HWA they finally must have reached out to ***** and had them make an appointment. When ***** called they made an appointment but they didn't order the part they want to come out again to verify the repair. I made the appointment the original tech that was here agreed the pump is bad but machine is just shutting off by itself, it also needs a control panel. The tech called in the claim for approval, he waited in the driveway for about an hour with no contact confirming or declining repair. A few days later I called HWA for approval they said ***** hasn't called in a claim. I have tried to reach everyone ***** and HWA, they do not have there customers in there best interest. To add frustration each time that ***** comes out they give a window of 8am to 5pm. When I do get through to HWA to talk to the case manager I have to wait 3 days to talk to her.

      They have a great sales team, but once you're a customer, the response to claims is lacking. They have outsourced customer service and you cannot call your claims manager directly. Also, they only covered 1/3 of the cost for an AC replacement.

      This company makes huge promises but does not deliver. We had more sales calls when it came up for renewal than we had to get issues resolved during the year we had the policy. RUN AWAY!

      I have filed 3 claims with *** and everything was out of my own pocket because they couldnt find any contract to do the jobs and when I called to cancel them today on 04/08/2034 st 11:26am ******* was giving me all the bs and said that if I cancel I will not get my refund because the funds were taken out on the 5th and by canceling it will be effective the day I call and will not get any prorated. He even stated that it is a lose lose in my situation to have no one come out to do the work and for them to take my money this month and still cancel. Ridiculous!!! I ask to speak to a manger and he said everyone is a manager and I cannot speak to anyone above him. He also stated that his bigger manager doesnt speak to customers.

      Worst experience with a warranty company. We had our furnace go out and they scheduled a repair company to come fix it. We had multiple issues with the professionals that they sent and requested to have a new company come out. *** told me that they could not send a different company because the one they provided are the only ones available in my area. I live in a very large city so I find it hard to believe that they only have one company available. I have been without heat for 3 days now because the company they sent has not shown up for scheduled appointments and *** still wont set us up with a different company. At this point, we had to go outside the warranty and fire someone ourselves

      I give them a Zero they cheat and lie to their customers A they cut corners and they keep sending out technicians until they get what they want.

      The worst warranty company I have ever did business with. I paid a good amount of money monthly for the service and never used it. When I put a claim through it got denied. They stated that it was not covered u see the policies. Terrible customer service and they try to take the cheap and easy way out. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Home warranty of America is garbage. Dont believe them. Scammers.
