      They got there money every month on time. I foled a claim *** 4 2022 I can never speak with anyone and when I do they tell me my claim I filed in *** is still processing. My partial check I should have received to replace the stove still has not been issued and it's October. My contract is over and I don't believe I'm getting my money.

      This company offered attractive prices and incentives to get me signed up. But after purchase I was locked. I never got any payment on any of the claims I made. It was a total rip off. Every time I called the customer service, they promised me that I'll receive the check for my claims which never happened. After struggling for 1.5 years, I requested to cancel the policy. I was told I'll get only a few hundred dollars as balance. I paid for 5 years of service. Beware customers.

      The worst home warranty company ever!DoNot use!!! Heres my experience with them! I purchased the Platinum coverage . The contract is not as they stated. Then filed a claim and per their contract they are to respond with a contractor name within 2 days. Did not happen. Called and get all kinds of excuses. **** as far as talking to supposed supervisor who said they have a contractor assigned. I told him it does not state that on their online dashboard and that they have already broken the contract by not completing in their timeframe. After trying to get them to cancel he just yelled and threatened me that our bank would have to fight it out with their bank. Now it's up to US Bank. Meanwhile I receive an email stating that they can't find a contractor and that we can find one ourselves and after their crazy approval process pay for it out of pocket and get reimbursed. Well from what I've seen they don't pay their contractors or customers money that is owed to them. That's probably why they can't find a contractor that will come out and service us. Do yourself a favor and save your money and frustrations and find a different warranty company.

      They promise a lot to sell it but when it comes to helping with a claim you can not reach them or get the help you need.

      Service Plus is a big scammer!! DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY. They're contracted with people or businesses that do not know how to do their job. I've opened a few claims for my appliances, and paid the service fee every time they sent a technician. Then after that no one bothers to call, and my claims were closed with reasons "NOT COVERED" although I bought the PLATINUM plan which has additional coverage but still. Stay away from this company and save your self a headache when you have to deal with them.

      Holy c*** I wish I'd known how bad this company was. First issue: We bought a new house and not a month in, the dishwasher started leaking. The drain hose someone had installed had a kink in it and needed to be replaced. Service plus wouldn't cover a repair and claimed the unit should be replaced because it had an unauthorized repair, or something. They couldn't fork over $20 for a new hose, so I just ate the cost and fixed it myself. Fine, whatever. Second issue: our furnace was inspected and the tech found it to be putting out 128ppm carbon monoxide because of a compromised heat exchanger. They red-tagged it, so now we need a new furnace, asap. Contacted service plus and they put me thru the usual run-around, only to find out they won't cover a repair or replacement because the heat exchanger isn't covered. Not only that but they don't seem to be interested in paying for the initial inspection charge, because it wasn't thru them. This is still on-going, and very confusing, so I'm hoping I can at least get that out of them. I mean, seriously, why have I been throwing hundreds of dollars at you if you won't cover a single expense? Service plus is garbage.

      Havent cut my check in 4 months on stove . Yet they say it was approved on July 1 .I was told if I stop paying now that I wont recurve my check. . What a nasty company

      I have been having trouble with a repair on my fridge. Company was not able to find a repair service. Had to find one myself costing me ******, this company agreed to pay 250 of the repair cost which has been 9 weeks and still waiting on reimbursement.

      I made all my monthly payments for a warranty contract and when it came to use the contract this company was nowhere to help me. I recommend people do not use this firm. Find another warranty company.

      Stupid me for not checking out BBB first. Purchased the Platinum coverage to last into ****. The contract is not as they stated.
