      Purchased a brand new 82" ***** , and stoped working just barely after 8 months from purchase (I purchased from BestBuy in ************* (they told me is under **** Warranty and to please contact them directly, so I did and they took my info etc, and try sending a company to fix(after 2-3 weeks and they never showed up.. then again I Called again and gave again al my information ( every call takes a long time by the way) and same process told me to wait again another 2 weeks and some one contacted me in Oceanside repair service, gave me an eta for following week gave ma a 10am to 4pm ( was the second time I missed work to wait for them) and same thing this guy calls me at 4pm to tell me was not to going to make it... Calle again ** customer service and they put me on hold every time I try calling, I've been bouncing on the phone I've waited twice on the phone for and hour and 15minutes to get no body to answer (originally said was approved for an exchange...but they never sent me an exchange slip to go and get a replacement..I'm very disappointed at **** service and not Honoring their warranty... not to mention this TV is not Cheap!!!

      We have a ** Refrigerator with a bad compressor under a 10 yr warranty. Contacted ** July 25th for help. They keep lying and putting us off. Knowing they just settled a Class Action Lawsuit earlier this year on this specific model we have. Nobody can service or repair it due to the settlement. Model # LSXS26326 So they are refusing to issue us the amount of money to replace it. Help us Please

      I purchased a ** 32" Monitor (32UN880-B) through ****** on 09/16/2021. On 7/18/2022, the screen greyed out, developed vertical lines and no longer functions. I quickly contacted ******'s concierge department and they contacted ** to initiate a warranty claim (RNN220718098530). I did not hear back from ** for a few days and I then called customer service. They told me that the warranty was being processed. I waited a week nothing came &contacted ** customer service again on 7/27/2022 (CNN220726856983) they said that they would process the request for a replacement in 2-3 days, once the warranty validation was complete. No response &contacted ** again on 8/2/2022. This time I spoke with a *************** said he would escalate my issue to the *********************** &that they would review the mistakes that ** has made during the warranty process and issue me a refund. He specifically apologized for **'s errors and that because of the many errors the *********************** would process a refund.I received a call from that department on 8/3/2022 from someone by the name of ****** **** **** stated that he cannot do anything without first attempting to repair the monitor, which was not what I had been told by the ** representative & the Supervisor. I was frustrated hearing this, since I have spent significant time contacting ** & I rely on this monitor for work. He then proceeded to tell me that ** did nothing wrong & that all of the issues were my fault. When I then questioned this false narration of events, he quickly said "thank you *********" (not my name) and hung up on me. I tried call the number back, but it did not go to through.I had hoped that **'s customer service would be more accommodating and professional, but this interaction left me feeling dejected & angry that I was told that all the time I spent trying to resolve my broken monitor was a lie. I would like to request a full refund of the monitor as I no longer have faith in ** to resolve this.

      I purchased a ** Refrigerator, in January 2022 and was delivered in February 2022. It broke on July 15th 2022. They had a repair person determine that it could not be fixed and provide me for a refund of the original cost of the refrigerator ($2498.00 cost of the refrigerator at the time of purchase). The problem is the refrigerator now costs $600 more (current cost of refrigerator $3,099) than when I purchased it. I feel that I should be refunded the full current cost of the refrigerator including delivery and warranty of the refrigerator. Please let me know if I have grounds for getting a refund for the additional amount.

      I have an ** refrigerator that was involved in a class action lawsuit for frig and freezer not working. I did not have any problem with my refrigerator during that time. So for my refrigerator they extended my warranty. Well my refrigerator had that problem happen to me on July 28th 2022. I have tried to contact their customer service and was on the phone with them and all I got was the run around. I received a call from a ******* that was supposed to be with the Presidential Liaison. She made it sound like she was really going to help get this matter taken care of. I texted her the information she wanted and said she'd be working with me. Well have not heard back from anyone from ** except a text that they wanted me by my refrigerator and to text the letter A back when I'm by my refrigerator. Which I left work yesterday to do. the automated text was that they would have an agent reach out to me soon. Over 24 hrs later and still no reply. ******* made it sound like I would be taken care. What a Joke. Thank You *******************************

      Hi. Since the day I received this product. Delivered 12/25/2021 model number: LDFN4542S.ASSESNA. This dishwasher does not clean dishes well they come out wet and have soap scum (white rings) when done washing. I was told by ******** representative (when I filed a complaint about same issues a couple weeks after receiving the dishwasher) was told to put the rinse liquid as well to prevent this and I did so and Im STILL having the same problems. Im disabled and this is causing me alot of work to have to clean my dishes by hand because no matter how many times I use the dishwasher on the same load it still isnt cleaning well *** I never leave food on dishes when putting in. I rinse everything beforehand. But they end up either wet and with soap scum no matter if its plastic dishes or glass dishes the same issues every time. I just need to return this item. I need one that will help my life not make it harder for me. It makes me so very sad no one wants to help me from *** in the past 6 months I have bought all my appliances fromLG I just bought my washer and dryer, my fridgerator and dishwasher.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      i received a call today from jarmaine. 
      this company has the worst customer service I explained my issue with the product since the second it was used and he could see two previous technicians came out and never did a load or do anything besides physically just open it and look around and yes when you turn it on it sounds like its doing its job. But every single time when the load is done. The dishes no matter if they are plastic, glass or pots come out with rings of soap scum and very wet. Im disabled so me having to physically wash every dishes very physically strenuous and Im not able to do everyday to maintain my dirty dishes as I havent been able to use this dishwasher since it causes me more work. No one really wants to help. Its sad all my appliances are from ** Im a very loyal customer and havent had problems until now and will never again buy anything ** since Im having to see how much they care about their customers. All jarmaine wanted to do was that I rejected getting them to come out for a third time. I dont have the energy for all this non sense. I need a unit that works and helps my life and not make my life harder. Not the company trying to waste all this time. I havent been able to clean dishes in dishwasher for 8 months!!! This is a nightmare.

      I purchased a washer/dryer combo from ********** in November 2021. In March of 2022 the washer had an error code and would not drain. It took over 2 weeks to get a technician out. He said it needed a part and he would order it from *** The part never came, ** says there was no record. They offered to buy back the washer. I signed a buyback form April 27, 2022. I was supposed to receive a check for the amount of the washer. Today is August 2, 2022 and I still have not received payment. No one at ** responds to emails or texts. I have called several times only to be placed on hold for over an hour and then disconnected. I have also emailed and texted all the numbers and emails I have previously corresponded with. The last message I sent was on 7/19/22 and I have received no response. I just want my money that I am owed.

      Bought ** refrigerator 2 months ago. Delivered on June 2. Stopped cooling after 1st month. They sent repair out. Said he fixed it. Did not fix it. Called back. Thats been 10 days ago. Can not get an answer on when they are coming back. Making payments on a brand new refrigerator that does not work and can not get them to fix it. Just being told waiting on warranty information. Its their company. The refrigerator is new. What do they need to wait on? Im at home with my family of 5 with no way to keep food cold and no money to just go get another one when I just bought this one.

      I am rejecting this response because: I was contacted by the company twice last week. Once for grocery reimbursement and then on Friday to start a refund because they could not find anyone to repair it. Called back today. Re sent info they needed to start the refund and was told that they need one more week to try and repair. This is completely unacceptable. We are a family of five that is going on 3 weeks with a non working BRAND NEW refrigerator. I can not afford to wait weeks/months for repairs. I want a refund so I can be done with this company.

      I bought a fridge from ********** online 4/5/22. After having the fridge for two weeks it broke.The seal on the freezer door was broken a manufacture defect. I called 5/15/22 & 5/17/22 and ** sent a repair guy out 5/19/22. He requested that the fridge be replaced. The replacement company came out on June 3rd.The leader of this replacement crew came in and instantly stated he could not replace the fridge because there was a water line hooked up. I told him it can be removed. He called his supervisor. Then I went to pull the fridge out myself to take off the waterline which was not fully hooked up to the water system by the way. He said I was damaging the fridge because there was some tea that was spilt down the side.Called his supervisor and left with out taking the old fridge or giving me a new fridge. There is absolutely no damage to the fridge. I have been calling ** since and they are not solving the problem. I have also called ********** but the fridge is under warranty so they cant do anything. I have emailed ** 5 times and called 5/28, 5/31, 6/2, 6/3, 6/6, 6/7, 6/10, 6/14, 6/20, 7/8 and still no new fridge. No refund. I am asking for a refund now I paid ******* for this fridge to be broke. Do you think I have called enough? I have paper documents proving everything. I also have call logs to prove everything. I am going to mail you a copy of everything.

      I am not able to answer the phone while at work due to my job position. Ct spoke very fast almost so fast he could not be understood.

      He did not leave a call back number. He did not leave any way to contact him or LG.  He did not say he was going to solve the problem.

      I have, by mail, phone, email, and chat, tried to get ** (who sold me a terrible refrigerator) to stop contacting me about their products. They still send me mail constantly. I have wasted a great deal of time with their bad service.
