      These people are absolutely worthless. Their customer support is non-existent and what little they do have is unintelligent. Weve trying to get a service call for weeks now for a brand new refrigerator whose craft ice maker likes to make flat sheets of ice rather than round *****. Apparently, they are just generally incompetent from the customer facing to the engineers themselves. Would NEVER recommend.

      I ordered a washer and dryer combo directly from ** online and it was delivered without the necessary parts to have the machines both up and running (missing fill hose, etc.). The dryer storage pedestal also arrived damaged. I called ** customer service on the day the washer/dryer was delivered to report these issues and spent 1.5 hours on the phone with customer service to get the issue resolved. I was told by the customer service agent that they'll speak with the appropriate team to get the necessary parts that were supposed to come with my washer/dryer combo delivered to me. One week later, I haven't heard back. I call again and spend nearly 3 hours on the phone, on hold for most of that time, and each time I'm put off hold, it's a new customer service agent speaking with me. I had to explain my problem at least ten times. I will never buy directly from ** again. This is such a painful, difficult experience. Business and customer service shouldn't be managed like this. The parts should have arrived in the first place. I shouldn't have to spend over 4 hours trying to get the problem resolved, only to wait again to see if the parts will eventually arrive. HORRIBLE!

      I have a 2 year old refrigerator that has not worked in 2 months. ** warranty service is a joke. They ************************ in VA/MD) do not answer the phone and never return messages. ** customer service is completely unhelpful. They suggest I contact the service provider. There was class action suit that was settled in the past. Unfortunately, it is too late to register for this suit. Hopefully someone will start another one. Don't buy **!

      Worst customer service ever, they don't stand behind there merchandise. I only had my refrigerator for 2 1/2 years and now the compressor went out. They fixed that and didn't replace the pads and now it rumble and buzzes all the time. Beware of the merchandise you buy

      On 9/2020, I purchased a ** French door refrigerator and it is not cooling in both refrigerator and freezer. I called the manufacturer and they scheduled a service tech the next day. During the middle of the night I received a text message saying my repair service is no longer an active repair. When I called the next morning ** said they need to find another repair tech. 1 week later they are still looking for a service tech. They asked us to wait another 15 days! Unacceptable! How do live without a refrigerator for 3 weeks! I have to go through ** as the warranty on their product will be void if I have another non-** repair person come work on it.

      Oh my gosh, I'm nearly in tears!! It's bittersweet to read so many comments that are similar to what I have been experiencing this past week in my attempt to get my washer fixed. Sweet to know that it's not just me and bitter that the products seem to be so defective. The ** customer service I've received has been hit or miss. Some agents clearly don't care and have only done the bare minimum while others have attempted to go above and beyond. The final straw was the "escalation" team member who called me and began to patronize me, alleging that I was raising my voice and asking him to do something that he had no control of. I informed him that I was not yelling, and that what he heard was my extreme exasperation for having had to talk to 6-8 different people and STILL no resolution to my problem. He is clearly in the wrong field. I will be calling corporate as well (although it seems like that might not be effective either) and following up with the BBB next. Side note: how is it that they only have one technician to repair washers in ALL of my area? How is it that because that ONE person canceled my appointment and didn't simply reschedule it for the next day, that I am expected to wait a FULL WEEK for him to come out? I'm literally physically ill over this situation at this point. Is there any hope??!?

      How can I make ** go good on an extended warrenty --I have been with a broken refrigerator since last Thursday --I have lost a lot of food (it had to be thrown out ) I have had to buy ice every 2 days for 2 coolers I have called several times and it's like they just keep telling me what they think I want to hear --they won't do anything there is no one in the area who will deal with ** Pleasde help I have some family members here and more coming and I just can't do this anymore I am 75 and my husband is almost 80 we are at our **** end --Thank you ***********************************

      Email sent to the ** president ******** regret so much buying this brand, our refrigerator has broken two times so far, the first time we called for service we were told they knew this model had a defect (a hose in the cooling system) and we just got a aprox $500 grocery that went to the trash, and now it is again not cooling enough, and a while ago the open door alert has not been working at all. I cant buy another refrigerator again, we made a huge investment getting all of our black stainless steel appliances from you guys, and we are extremely disappointed. I am sending this complaint to the BBB too. I need to have this refrigerator replaced for some other model that wont give me any issues in years. The rack on our dishwasher broke and got rusted within month of buying it. I mean the quality of the products overall is just terrible. Im sure this is not new to you, since the comments in regards to this brand is everywhere and not to mention that no company wants to service the ** refrigerators. It is beyond ridiculous! Such a struggle and nightmares we have had due to **.

      Smart TV broke right outside of warranty. Called ****************** to find out repair exceeds the price of a new tv, so basically I paid $ **** for 1 year tv. ** costumer service however nice was not helpful at all leaving me with option of buying new set. I bought ** product first and last time in my life, absolute disaster.
