      Very disappointed with ***** refrigerator. Completely stopped working and I called ** for service. They have no one to service my refrigerator it has been over a week. Every time I call ** they give me the runaround and passed me from person to person and no one is doing anything to resolve my refrigerator that is not working. Ive even spoken to supervisors and I have gotten nowhere. So I sit with a refrigerator freezer that doesnt work at all. And a company that does not stand behind their product. Zero customer service.

      Good Luck Getting Any Answers from ******** ********** I gave up after 5 calls; basically you speak to a computer voice, who can answer simple questions, then transferred to a human customer service person, non-*** based (******?), who sounds like she's answering phones for five or six other companies and reads from a script, sounds like for the first time: so no real problem solving expertise; then a transfer to the department that "can help with these type of issues". Followed by endless hold music; no connection. When I ask for a *** based agent, they tell you they don't have the ability to transfer calls. If you ask for a supervisor, they're in a meeting, but will call you tomorrow.We'll see.

      ** is awful ! Dishwasher still under warranty and they have been out twice and insist the reason it's not working is because the way I am "loading" the dishes Really ? ? Just called again this morning, only to be hung up on twice while being transferred to a supervisor.

      I bought my washer/dryer combo from Lowes at the end of May and had it delivered the first week of June. The dryer either threw a code or did not warm up after the first use. I tried troubleshooting myself and also had my ductwork cleared out. I scheduled a service repair only to have it canceled the day before because Asurion no longer services my area. I then reached out 3 more times and kept getting the same service - let us troubleshoot and then we'll find a provider for you.... I never received a call or email about a provider until 3 weeks later. By this point, I managed to talk Lowes into sending me a new unit that actually works. No one should have to convince a company to repair or replace a unit that does not work from day 1. Nor should they have to wait almost 2 months to have it resolved - and not even by the manufacturer.

      We purchased a top-of-the-line ** LRMVC2306S refrigerator in November 2021. Within a couple months the craft ice maker failed. Customer support, while courteous, is unable to deviate from a script no matter how asinine the questions (is your refrigerator plugged in, is the temperature set, are the doors closed...). Repair scheduling too about a month and the repair people showed up with NO PARTS. It took two additional weeks to receive a replacement ice maker. On July 19 2022 we returned from a week-long trip and total cooling failure I ran ThinQ Smart Diagnostics and sent to **; indicating a compressor fan failure and refrigerant leak. Customer Support does not receive the sent diagnostics, so must again lead you through blindingly inapplicable questions (is your unit turned on, are the doors closed...). ** scheduled a repair for August 31! Six weeks after the unit failed and ruined all food within. After repeated calls and complaints, literally HOURS on the phone, ** agreed to allow a local repair service to perform repairs on Aug. 1. In the meantime may $5k refrigerator is useless and we're living out of coolers. I have no confidence this will be the last of the failures and repairs. Ironically, we replaced a fully functional 22-year old Kenmore proactively because we were afraid it might fail during an extended trip. Instead or super modern, high-tech ** less than a year old failed and caused us to lose around $1000 worth of food, including game meat I cannot easily replace.

      We bought an ** refrigerator back in 2017 the ** refrigerator broke down the very first year we bought it and it took 3 different trips for technicians to get it right since they couldn't get it right. Now our fridge broke again and our fridge its out of warranty on the labor but still under warranty for the compresor. So we called ** again to fix our fridge and agreed on paying for the labor since the compresor was still under warranty we agreed on paying around $ 375 dollars. So the technician arranged and ordered the compresor and repaired the fridge leaving the ** refrigerator with a ratling noise wich we reported to ** customer service so they did send the technician back supposedly to fix the ratling noise after a couple of days I happened to look behind our fridge and knowrest some cardboard behind the back cover of the fridge as I investigated a little more and removed the back cover I found a bunch of cardboard stuffed under the compresor it self. A few days later our ** refrigerator broke down again so the same technician was sent back to inspect the refrigerator again and said that the sistem had gotten contaminated with oil and had to order new parts to fix it one more time a few days later he came back and supposedly fixed it again now two weeks later our freezer doesn't retain a constant temperature the temperature varies between 5 to 20 degrees all the time. We are just sick and tired of dealing with ** customer service and technicians since they don't seem to know what they are doing or how to fix their products. There have been more then one Lawsuits against ** refrigerators but model our wasn't included in the Lawsuits wich it should had been since its been a piece of junk and demand ** reimburse us for all the problems the ** refrigerator has caused we are very disappointed with ** products and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

      TODAY is July 27, 2022. bought ** 55 OLEDTV online -> DOA. TV returned back on June 2nd via their own delivery services back to ** in ******. Bought same model at BEST BUY = works perfectly.NOW => Still waiting on my REFUND. by email & call center reps (multiple times) = keep getting promises of **** days, then 3-5 days, then 1-3 days....then "enjoy your silence".....

      After I bought my dishwasher I did an internet search for reviews. I found that this model of dishwasher (ldf5545st) has a history of control panel failures. Seem moisture gets into the control panel causing it for fail. I hoped mine would not fail, but it did. It is only about 2 and a years old. This is the first ** product I have ever bought, and most likely the last ** product I will ever buy. I saw on the internet that ** would send a new control board free of charge, but I was told by ** customer support that this in no longer true. Very disappointing to pay that much for a dishwasher, have it fail in less that three years, and fail for a know defect in the product.

      We purchased an oven 5 years ago and have had nothing but issues. The igniter has gone out several times and we've had to have it replaced. This was done at no charge because this is a known issue and a flaw in the design system (what I was told by ** and the store where we purchased the oven). It broke again and this time they won't cover it. ** has been fighting me and the company where we purchased the oven (they have been so much help). We were told by an ** technician that this will keep happening again, so no use in me paying for it. We finally get a live person at ** and he tells us he will honor it this one time (wow, thanks! You should as this is a known issue if you just ****** the problem). Once we provided the data we called back and ** is refusing to connect me or the company where we bought the oven to the person we were dealing with. Denying he said they would honor it. I even said the calls are recorded, go back and listen and they refuse. This company not only puts out bad products, they don't stand by them, nor do they have any kind of customer service. I would give them zero starts if I could.

      My refrigerator broke within warranty. They sent a technician 7 days out. He fixed the cooling issue and then the refrigerator broke again the same day. Its throwing me error messages and it freezing everything up now. Called them and they now sent the repair person after 10 days. Now we have to wait 3-4 weeks for the part and then get it fixed and who knows whats next. They do not even provide backup refrigerator and having no fridge or buying with my own money is a scam. Spending so much money to get a product which just fails with bad customer service and warranty. Never buy another one again. Very bad company to go with.
