    Great customer service. My mower broke and I was crushed. Loved that little mower. No worries! The no questions ask guarantee is for real. ********* (contractor) got me squared away and I had a replacement mower in less than a week. Outstanding!

    After about a year of use my Sun Joe pressure washer suddenly stopped working. Still under warranty so I called customer service with the problem. Had to wait over 30 minutes on hold but when the representative finally answered she was extremely helpful. She went through some troubleshooting steps which didn't work then ordered a replacement pressure washer for me. Although Sun Joe is paying the return shipping charges it's up to me to find a box big enough to put the old unit pressure washer into and take it to the *** store before they'll ship the replacement. I think a much better system would be for Sun Joe to take my credit card information, ship the replacement and then give me ************************************** the replacement's box. So I would give Sun Joe 5 stars for the helpfulness of the representative and for standing behind their product, but only 3 stars for the long wait time and their return procedure. So overall: 4 stars

    I had great response from **********. My customer service ******** ********************** hose started leaking after about 6 -8 uses... I did have the Warrenty already registered...& with absolutely no problem ..they are sending me a replacement...Great job Sun Joe **************

    Absolutely dissatisfied with the product. Ordered the 24v-X2-17lm kit off of Amazon in October of 2021, unit is still under warranty. Last time I was mowing the lawn. Which was only the second time I've used it since we have a landscaping crew do it mostly. The blade fell off and shot across my garage. Thankfully my young son was in the house and not playing in the garage. Went searching the site for a replacement blade and bolt to hold it together and noticed it had been recalled for a laceration hazard!Attempted to contact Snowjoe/Sunjoe for replacements but never heard a word back.All I want to know is where can I get these parts as they don't sell them on the site. I hate having this sitting not being able to be used after spending the money on it.
