  **************** via telephone was great, only on hold for about 25 minutes. ***** (Contractor) took me through some troubleshooting and then arraigned the replacement. Delivery of replacement came sooner than expected and arrived in good shape, box was damaged on one side with no damage to the lawnmower.**************** via email did not respond after waiting multiple days so used the phone in option.

  ***** quickly resolved the issue with my power washer plug. A return label was emailed for the return of the defective unit and a new power washer was sent very quickly. I would recommend SunJoe products as they stand by their warranty with quick, *******************.

  Reading some reviews on-line about the customer service, I was highly skeptical of receiving any help, let alone a replacement unit. ******************* was great to chat back and forth with, no issues with the interaction. Can't wait to get my replacement and get out and working on the lawn again.

  I had issue with blower (charging and blower tube).. reached out to support team .. It was quick and easy conversation. The product is in warranty. Representative ******************* was quick and got to know my issue by asking me to do simple checks .. One of the easiest way I got answered my question.   I have recently bought my second SunJoe electric tool. The first was a TJ603E, wood chipper, and most recent, TJ603E, cultivator. Ive used the wood chipper for small tree *************** limbs. Its powerful, and makes free mulch!It comes with reversible cutting blades, but the original edge is still staying very sharp! Its east to use, and lightweight. I used the cultivator on hard *********** with stones, and this nightly little machine rips through it, and blades stay unscathed!I priced a good quality 2 cycle cultivator, and it was over $300 more. What I also like about the SunJoe cultivator, is it has rear wheels hat have 3 adjustable positions, that help regulate the depth, and to move it around. The only required item, is a 15 amp extension cord for the chipper, but of course I use it for both machines. These 2 tools have saved me a lot hard work and made that work more enjoyable. I want to thank ****** (contractor) at SunJoe for this link to write this review, and perhaps help other researching these recommended tools.
