    I called Sunjoe in a panic. Could not get my pressure washer to work. ***** was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeably took me through all the steps. Only to find out I needed to have the machine replaced. Fortunately it was registered.Again, ***** took me through the steps to return the machine. ***** is a great representative of Sunjoe! ***** and professional and a real asset to the company.*************************

    I purchased an extended warranty a few years ago and had a small issue with my pressure washer recently and Sun Joe honored my warranty and sent a new unit and was very helpful.

    Uhh. First $700+ Blower died after 10 uses. Sent a new one. This one lasted less than 7. NO warranty even though it was less than 3 years. Told to take to local repair shop. There's a local repair shop? And if I could find one...they sent me an email that they don't have parts!!!I have a $700 flashlight...it's the only thing that works...the lites.Buy a shovel!

    Cheap plastic showel cracked after limited use in first season. Customer support unwilling to service replacement. Will never purchase this product and recommend competitors who offer lifetime warranty coverage. 0 star.
