I ordered a replacement part for an electric power washer on their website. I used Apple pay on the $16 part. The next day I saw a $72 pending charge from Snow Joe so I called them to find out what was up. They informed me the shipping was $51. I asked them to cancel my pending order since it had not been shipped. They refused. Told me I would have to refuse delivery and then go through a claims process for a refund of the item but not the shipping. They yanked me around with multiple holds and then never called me back as the "supervisor/manager" stated he would. I will never do business with this company again. Big mistake!Snow Joe LLC

We purchased a power washer from this company in 2021. We used it once in 2022 and all was great. We put it away and took it out in June 2024, and the dispenser in which the cleaning solution is dispensed did not work. Therefore we used it once for the price we paid. We tried everything they suggested we do via their emails. Nothing worked. I would think someone from the company should have called to speak with us. They never did. Their final decision is, they can not send us a new power washer because it is only a year warranty. I believe one use of an expensive power washer is unacceptable and it should have worked the second time we used it. The company is not willing to send a new one, nor credit us a couple hundred dollars for the purchase of a new one.Snow Joe LLC

Yesterday I opened my Sunjoe power washer. I had bought it in the fall and waited for the winter to be over. Anyhow, I put everything together and started to use the washer (which btw is my second Sunjoe washer) and found that the where the hose connects to the gun there is water shooting out of the connection. So, I called and spoke to a representative who stated her name is ***. After speaking with *** for a few moments and being told that I would have to send pictures and video of the issue, I asked to speak with a supervisor. *** then relented on the initial request and asked for a receipt. She completely ignored my request for a supervisor. By the time the call was over I had repeated my request for a supervisor 6 times. *** never did get me a supervisor. Instead, *** sent me an email. Oddly enough the email was sent from a person named *********************. I was still on the phone and asked *** about this and she actually said, well that is my real name. Oh. After inspection of my email *** stated that the receipt did not have an order number and that she would need this. By this time, I was not trusting anything this woman was saying. I still wasn't able to speak with a supervisor, so I decided to hang up and call back. After 14 minutes of waiting, guess what happened. *** picked up the phone and this time she told me that she was processing my request and then proceeded to ask for my address. I said don't you have it from our first call and she actually said to me, The representative you spoke to didn't save it. This is a joke. I'm not sure if I'll get a replacement or not but let me just say this. If this is what customers are dealing with you should be ashamed of yourselves, SUNJOE.Snow Joe LLC

Been trying to get a replacement for a defective Sun Joe sprayer (Snow Joe product) for almost a year - its still under warranty. Every time I contact them Im told they are out of stock and will honor their replacement warranty when new stock arrives - they can never tell when that will be. Every time I look at their website they have plenty in stock for sale - today its even highlighted as one of the Deal of the Day items. This company has no intention of replacing their faulty product (fell apart after 3-4 uses, pieces of plastic broke off the unit so not repairable). Pretty sure at this point its a ploy to wait until the warranty expires - could be wrong, but what Im right about is the intention to avoid sending a replacementSnow Joe LLC

The customer service in this company is HORRIBLE! I have been trying for several months to get a replacement for my defective hose, which is under ***************, the company is out of stock (and has been) on almost every hose they carry. Second, I was told they did not want me to return the currently defective hose, because it was too costly for them. Yesterday I received an e-mail stating I would not receive a replacement hose, when they got them back in stock, until I returned the defective one. I truly believe this company is doing everything they can to delay sending me a replacement hose in hopes that I just give up, or until my warranty expires.Snow Joe LLC

I am very unhappy with Snow Joe. I purchased the MODEL: ION18SB-PRO-WHT in 2019 and it is already discontinued, unable to get parts. I only used it 3 times and the rectifier went bad. I purchased this specific thrower for $399.00 and even spent an extra $169.00 for the extra battery. I had a small engine repair shop, who repairs Snow throwers and Snow Joe Snow throwers, call Snow-*** and they stated the Model is discontinued and no parts were available. Snow Joe said you could maybe get the part from an electrical shop. There are too many different types of rectifiers so I emailed Snow Joe for the Specific Item number so perhaps I can get it directly from them, but that was useless. Just that the Model is discontinued. I have had other snow throwers that were 15 years old and older, gas models, that were repaired without a hitch. I am now looking at a more reputable business that sells Cordless battery operated Snow throwers. When I called Snow-*** back about getting a refund, their response was 10% off a new Snow Joe Snow Thrower. How about I send back the broken one and Snow Joe sends me a New One, equivalent Model to one specified above, that takes the same battery, or a full refund. R,Unhappy!Snow Joe LLC

I purchased a Snow Joe snow blower in late November 2023. I did not get the opportunity to try the unit until January 12, **** due to a lack of snow in SE ********.The unit stopped working after going only one foot in 4 inches of snow. The company claimed that the unit would be able to handle 8 inches of snow which proved to be incorrect.When I attempted to return the unit for a refund, I was told that this was not possible since I was past the 30 day return window. They could only offer me a credit rather than the refund I requested.Why would I want to buy another product from Snow Joe when the first item I purchased was a piece of junk?I do not recommend that anyone purchase a snow blower from Snow Joe LLC.Snow Joe LLC

My SnowJoe simply does not work and is within the warranty period. Numerous attempts to contact them via their "customer support" website have failed. (You just get an email with some sort of customer number on it and then no follow-up at all.) When you call the number, all you ever get is a recording stating "No one is available to help you - call back later." NO STARS as they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL - they have simply ignored me. Do I need to *** them to get them to honor their warranty?
