    I would give a O score if available. Keep getting run a round from customer service. I returned the defective pruner, proof of purchase and even provided a video of the defective pruner in action. Received another notification to return the pruner from a third party. Sent an email reply back that the pruner had been returned and have *** proof that it was received. I even gave *** from CS the model number of a replacement pruner. Dealing with these people is like going in circles. I even registered the pruner so the warranty is active. This whole mess has been ongoing since May 1, 2023. I have documentation for every phone call and email communications. Maybe this review will get them off their a** to honor the warranty.
