    I have a few Sun Joe tools that use a 48V architecture: a lawn mower, a leaf blower, and a chainsaw. Overall I really like the design and ergonomics. They provide really good results, are light and are easy to operate. They also have good safety features that are always important. Barraries hold a decent charge, I never had to recharge them in the middle of the grass-cutting, I love it. Chainsaw stopped working after, maybe 3 months of operating. I used it mostly for branch cutting. Contacted Sun Joe customer support and it was replaced by warranty with no issues. I'm looking to buy a snow blower when it is on sale and a hedge trimmer. I know even if there is a problem a 2-year warranty will cover them.

    I had issue logging into the snow joes website and contacted them. They responded within day and got it fixed. Seemed I had account there already and didnt notice email sent to me with link to reset password. Their contractor *********************************** was one I worked with and he stayed with it until resolved Thanks *********

    ********* (Contractor) was very helpful in assisting me to troubleshoot problems with my new Sun Joe mower. After we did the troubleshooting and did not get the results we were looking for they helped me by guiding me through the steps of returning my mower in order to receive a replacement mower. I have my return shipping label now and will be taking my mower to be shipped back tomorrow. I can honestly say so far this has been the easiest return that I have ever done.
