      This insurance blows chunks big time.Health preventative procedures should be covered but isn't. If I were to have colon cancer I have no way of finding out because they denied my colonoscopy.If, God forbid , I have something serious I could die before they cover anything of a serious nature.I have been waiting for this colonoscopy for 4months only to get a call 2 days before my procedure stating it's not covered.I hate finding out 2days before because it gives me no options. If told a back on May when the appointment was made I could have gotten a loan from someone to pay for this now I have no idea what I can do to make this appointment happen.The last thing they didn't cover after waiting a month they notified me 2hrs before my appointment it wasn't covered.

      Your the agent was from your company, I asked him all the nesscary question regarding the insurance he presented to me to insure I was being covered for everything. His response is what prompted me to get that particular insurance. He stated that everything was cover except pregnancy. It's a shame you have disreputable people working at your company. If you only handle the billing why do you suggest the insurance that covers nothing. I called back after my doctor visit told the young man I was not happy because the insurance was not covering my visit he said and I quote "Well *************** you have to pay some upfront expenses out of pocket before the insurance covers anything. That's with all insurance. " When I talked the the insurance company they said they only cover emergency room visits. Now to set things straight don't go recommending any insurance as a full coverage insurance with no co-pay if your just the ***********************. The language I want to use is not promissable so I'll leave it there.

      I'm a new patience to this wonderful company And really helpful staff members and all the staff members in this organization are tremendously polite and great positive people that always willing to be there if you ever need an assistance, I'm so full of happiness and pride to work with this such a very positive delightful environment, their staff members are so awesome and wonderful ?? definitely recommend this organization as it honor to allow me to give it, A++ outstanding

      First Enroll does NOT provide you with insurance plans. However, they DO work with fraudulent health insurance providers and have agreed to be their third-party billing party. Myself and plenty of other have gotten together to form a class action lawsuit against First Enroll and the providers that they work with. I just hope this company stops working with frauds because they file for bankruptcy.

      I don't know where my monthly premium is going. I thought it was going to one company, a First Enroll customer service person told me it was going to another company. That company told me I'm not insured by them and to check with ********* I'm not old enough for ********* nor am I eligible for by way of disability. I just want to know where my premium has been going for the last 14 months. Oh, btw, I don't have any health insurance. I found that out today at my doctor's ******* I just want help.

      If FIRST ENROLL is the billing agent for SOVEREIGN NATIONS INSURANCE they should be ashamed and embarrassed for getting involved with companies that scam the consumer. FE deserves every poor rating they receive. They claim to be a reputable billing company. Ive got news for them, when you deal with companies like SNI, the only reputation you get is BAD reputation. FE should think twice about who they partner with. Do the right thing and do a little research, drop any company that scams the consumer.

      ******** - Projecting your frustrations about your carrier (an entirely separate company) onto a third party billing entity which has done you no grievance of service in an official BBB review does not seem fair or appropriate. Why not contact SNI directly?
