      On May 19th I requested my incentives in the form of two ****** gift cards. The information is below:

      Ironically, I predicted I might need to submit this complaint.I was selected to participate in a 90-minute online discussion group scheduled for 4/25/25. After completing the group, I was awarded an incentive, which I redeemed as a ************ gift card for $140. As of today, the gift card still shows as "processed" but has not been delivered.While redeeming the payout, there was a brief green banner on the website stating there might be a delay. However, this message only appeared for about half a second. Luckily, I had been screen-recording my web activity and was able to catch it. The average user would not have seen this and would naturally expect the payout to arrive within a reasonable time frame, not over a month later.After two weeks with no progress, I began researching and found numerous online complaints from other panelists experiencing the same issue; some claiming they never received payment at all. I dug deeper, using my internet research skills (strong enough to rival an AI assistant), and began to realize I might be facing the same fate. Unfortunately, it appears I was ******** the meantime, my inbox has been overwhelmed with survey invitations256 emails in total, with one day seeing 55 messages alone. While I could unsubscribe, I am hesitant. I read another complaint in which someone unsubscribed and was later told by customer service that this action prevented them from receiving their reward. I believe this may be a tactic to delay or avoid fulfilling incentive ************** this point, I feel Sago is deliberately stalling or using avoidance tactics with its panelists. I fulfilled my end of the agreement and expect my reward to be sent immediately. This delay is unacceptable, and I am demanding the compensation I rightfully earned.

      I am rejecting this response because:


      Sago is busy deflecting all responsibility instead of just paying their bills. NO ONE takes 10 weeks to pay except scammers, thieves, and liars, and Sago are all 3. I literally get PAPER CHECKS before these liars can send me a VIRTUAL GIFT CARD. Sago is deliberately depending on users not following up to get paid--I have to prod them REPEATEDLY to get them to do their ONE JOB.

      Absolute filth.

      This is literally required every time. They are deliberately delaying in the hopes that users forget. I have to CHASE the money down. In any other context, this is wage theft.

       

      Sago is easily the worst offender. I received a $400 giftcard NEXT DAY in another study, and most pay easily within days. NOT MONTHS. DO BETTER.

      I did a survey for this business back in April and I was informed the incentive would take up to 20 business days to process. It has now been a total of five weeks. I have contacted the business serval times to speak with the corporate office and they refuse to provide me with a telephone number or email address. I have four rewards pending and I would like them to be sent via email.

      I requested to redeem a virtual **** gift card on April 13 and still haven't got the gift card. It should be processed within 6 weeks.

      I completed a research study for Sago on April 29th, and was told that my reward would be processed within 2 weeks. I have now received multiple emails from them stating that the reward would be processed within 7 days, and I still have not received any payment. I would like the company to pay be as promised for the work that I have completed It does not take 4 weeks to process a digital reward gift card They are stalling for some reason, and when I contact them, they say be patient, and then nothing.

      I completed a study with the SAGO group and was issued points on 3/27/2025. I traded my points in for a $38 Target gift card which I still have not received. It says it is still processing. I have written an email with no response to this. It seems that this company only issues the rewards that you earned when you finally make a report to the BBB.
