      It's been 7 weeks and still no payment for this study.Supposed to be $125 TIG22801543 I have sent several emails, no response regarding this study. It's been 8 weeks on study number HUT22800073 for $80. I did receive an email last week stating this had been an error in processing the incentive but should be on the way. Nothing yet.

      I was contacted by Schlesinger to be part of a focus group for a $250 **** gift card:Homework assignment completed 7/13/22 Focus Group completed 7/13/22 Payment was supposed to be 4-6 weeks afterwards.Followed up multiple times Last response from the project coordinator on 8/16 initials KG, you should receive the 250 dollar gift card by next week, as of 9/1 have not received

      I was contracted for Study #HUT22800007 (cookie taste-testing) starting March 18 and was to be compensated a $250 **** gift card.. I completed it by end of March, per study guidelines. Payment has not been received even after the following emails requesting payment from my study contact:1. Email #1 , April 26 requesting payment.Response: "We sent the client the final survey data today and we have to wait until we hear back from them with the green light to process everyones incentives. It usually takes 2 weeks minimum before they send us the feedback, but we will process the incentives sooner, if possible."Email # 2, May 24 requesting payment Response: "Thanks for checking in! I received word from the incentives team that they have processed all of the incentives for this study. You should be receiving your **** gift card in the mail in the next 7 14 days."Email #3 June 26 requesting payment Response: No Response Email #4 July 7 requesting payment Response: No response Email #5 July 26 requestin payment Response "So sorry for the late response, I am checking right now with the incentive team your case, let you know as soon as possible about any update,"Email #6 August 1 requesting payment Response "We havent hear back from them, let you know about any updates,"Email #7 August 3 requesting payment Response: "We are following up with our respondent services team and will are going to let you know as soon we hear back from them," Please help!

      I recently signed up for a task with ************************* the Project Manager @ Schlesinger Group . I was doing a survey where I use this body wash they sent me for 7 days or so i been using it and i started using it the day they told me to. I completed the first survey that was mandatory. I didnt do it late i did it the moment i got the email. Its supposed to be different surveys this business just now emailed me today saying they are REFUSING TO pay me because i didnt complete the next survey. Which I NEVER got and they are just now telling me i did not get it because i didnt pass some tips of quality question during the first survey. I did all my work that they asked and now they arent trying to pay me . I want my payment i did EVERYTHING and they did not tell me my survey was wrong to where i could fix it in time . They literally waited to the last minute to tell me anything. I want my payment its not my responsibility to get yall to email me the moment you saw the error my responsibility was to use the product and send my survey on time which i did . I did everything they need to pay me because the work wax done . Just like any other job if you do the work you get paid no matter what

      On April 13th 2022 I received a confirmation email from Schlesinger Group about confirming my participation in an upcoming research study. I agreed to participate in study HUT22800034 Shampoo Study which began right after I received the products on May 6th 2022. It was supposed to be a 4 week study with a $100 incentive payment upon completion of the study and I completed the last survey on June 3rd 2022. Well it took me 3 weeks of emailing them to finally receive a response about the inquiring incentive, July 14th 2022 I was told that most incentives will be received within 4-6 weeks of the study from the date you participated. I was also told in the same email that the incentives for this study were processed later than normal because the study was left open longer than anticipated. Incentives are only processed at the close of the study once all members have participated.Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience that might have caused you. As long as all parts of this study were completed, you may expect your incentive to arrive in approximately 2-3 weeks. I have been very humble and patient awaiting for the incentive but I feel like I'm just being given the run around because I am actually participating in another research study by them through a 3rd party business right ******** seems more legit than the one I am inquiring about at the moment. I would just like to get an actual answer about when I could expect to receive the incentive if that's possible.
