      I participated in several focus groups with Sago Focus Groups from March to July 2024, earning a total of 20,700 points. On July 5, 2024, I redeemed these points for a $207 Visa physical gift card (Request ID ********* The website indicates that the status is "paid," but I have not received any email confirmation or the gift card itself.

      I have contacted the Sago helpdesk twice to resolve this issue, submitting Request ******* on September 30, 2024, and Request ******* on October 9, 2024. Both requests remain unanswered, and I have not been compensated for my participation in the focus groups.

      I am seeking prompt resolution and payment for the services I provided.

      Thank you.  As you mentioned processing can take 20 days.  It took 3 weeks to recieve the incentive and then took OVER 20 days for it to clear processing.  Both redemptions were over 20 days.  You still ignored all of my communications.  It should not take a complaint to fulfill the promises made

      Once again no payment. I did a yogurt survey with them almost two months ago. I cashed in my reward on 9/13/24. It is now over 20 business days with no sign of the payment. There is no way anyone should ever do anything for them. You will have to fight to get paid. How are they even in business?!
