      Sago research is making people wait very long time to get them to actually process payments they added to wallet for focus groups ive done. The rule of thumb is that once the company pays Sago to do a payout to all participants the money is supposed to be released immediately to the participants. They use to payout and release funds immediately to participants but for some reason they dont want to release the money these companies are paying them for their services. I have to question where is the money going and who gets it because the participants dont get it for a very long period of time. They are going to lose alot of business after companies read all the negative reports made against sago

      I completed a study from 3/13/24 to 3/15/24 with Sago. The company notified me on 3/18/24 that my work had been 100% completed and i would receive an email regarding incentive of ******. I received and completed the email on 3/23/24. I have been waiting over a month for the incentive. I sent an email and the response I got on 4/11/24 is that the redemption was made. It's almost 2 weeks later and they said they are still working on it. This is so disappointing when a company makes a commitment to pay an incentive and then takes over a month to do so, as if it doesn't matter.

      I participated in a Vehicles focus group study (Study Ref # ************ on 3/28/2024 and the incentive amount for the study is $200. On 4/2/2024 I received an email that my incentive was added to my Focus Group Wallet. I chose to redeem 21,100 points on 4/2/2024 for $211 in the form of a virtual Visa card.

      I emailed ******************* on 4/23/2024 to ask about the status of my payment. It has been showing “Processing” since the day I redeemed. I have not received a response. I chose the virtual Visa card because I did not want to risk a physical card getting lost in the mail and I thought a virtual Visa card would be received faster. I’m not understanding the reason for the delay. I have participated in other focus studies by other companies and my payment is received either same day or between 1-2 days later.

      Where is my payment? If people are taking time out of their schedules to share their opinions, they deserve prompt payments from the company.

      Completed a two day online focus group, took several days to receive points just to have to trade them in for gift cards. Went to exchange points for gift cards which in 2024 should be instant. It's been days now no gift cards. Then I research company and find out they do this to everyone. Such a shame.

      I am rejecting this response because:



      20 days is unacceptable when every other research company pays instantly. I was told I'd receive compensation within 4 days not an additional 20. Once the compensation was put in my wallet the redepemtion should not take this long. Too many reviews saying people never got paid. This just feels really scam like because it should not be 20 days for a virtual gift card.

      My complaint pertains to both the non-receipt of the stated incentive within the specified timeframe and the inability to contact any representative of the organization to address the issue, despite multiple attempts.I finished a study on March 21 and redeemed it a few days later, expecting it to be processed within the allotted time of ***** days. However, that timeframe has passed, and the status still shows as 'processing'. I have submitted an inquiry through the online contact form, tried the suggested number for concerns (which goes directly to voicemail), and also contacted the organization's general email alias. And received no response to either outreach attempt.Make the following statement grammatically correct and easy to comprehend. I have worked with this organization before as it's individual entities of 20/20 Focus Groups, Schlesinger Group and now Sago. I have never encountered any payment receipt issues with either of the companies separately, whether participating online or in person.       I have been waiting for a payment to process since February 26th 2024. It is now April 23rd, well over the 20 business days the payment was promised in and I have still not received it. I sent in a request to the help desk on April 6th and have not heard back. Aren't businesses supposed to pay people within a reasonable time frame? This is absolutely ridiculous! They shouldn't be able to continuously do this to people!

      I participated in a study conducted in childrens healthcare on 4/2/24. It was a 2 hour study that took place in person in ************, **. I completed the study and was told my incentive would be emailed to me. The incentive points were awarded to me on 4/2/24. You have to cash in the points by ordering gift cards which I did on 4/2/24. It has been stuck in processing for weeks now. I reached out to the email address help desk and was told once they are running behind. I waited a few days and reached out again and was told Unfortunately, we are not focus group. Therefore, if you see it processing that is from Focus Group . Once it says paid that means it has been sent to us. It is still stuck in processing and Ive left several messages for Sago on the rewards voicemail and have not received any response.

      Participated in a focus group on March 20th with FocusPointe/Sago. When we accept surveys, we have to agree to the terms of accepting payment in the form of a gift card within 2-3 weeks. It has now been over a month and my gift card status still shows as processing. When I have contacted the company, the response says my case can not be found using the email address provided. The email used is the one I signed up with. I am looking for resolution and the release of payment. I feel as if I have been scammed after giving them my time, personal information and personal opinion.

      I participated in Sago's activities and
      redeemed $125 on March 28th.
      Despite their 20-day payment promise, it's been 25 days with no payment. I've emailed twice, receiving the same 20-day response. This delay is unacceptable, and seem to be doing this to alot of people

      On March 25th, I redeemed $184 as payment via virtual amazon gift card under request id ******** They say it takes 20 days to pay out however it has been more than 20 days and after multiple emails and calls; no action has been taken to pay out. Upon researching online, it seems they are doing this to multiple participants.
