I have participated in two studies for Schlesinger and have not received payment! The first was a depression study in July/2022, not sure of the pay, but I believe it was $300 and Psychiatric conditions in August 15, 2022; I have the reference # for the latter, reference #: UIG22802590, pay $312. I have written an email on October 8, 2022, received a number for my request (******) which stated my email had been received and is being reviewed by our ***** Services Team, but the email stated that they are experiencing higher than normal volumes, but still no response to my email. I also called and left a message at the Schlesinger in ****** at **************! I have been dealing with Schlesinger for over 10 years and have never had to ensue these type of issues! I have become weary of trying to contact whomever is in charge of payments, but I certainly shouldn't have to go to these extremes! Please assist me in this matter! Dear ***/*****,I was invited for an onsite study on October 12th, 2022 by Schlesinger Group. Details are as follows:Event Info: UOM22800310 - Snacks Event Address: ************** - ********************************************************** I work in **************** and this venue is almost 45 miles from my work. The event was supposed to start at 12 p.m. ************ was not easy to find and the venue had 2 entrances, one chained and one with a callbox. By the time I was able to park and enter, it was 12:03 p.m. I was turned down as I was 3 minutes away and I was told the study had already started. That was shocking to me. I do realize I was 3 minutes away but for an onsite study like this, I expected to have at least a few minutes grace ***** I was really bummed and asked why and they said they have enough folks for the study and I was not needed. I had to drive back for 45 miles without knowing if I would get the promised incentive or not. I called and left few messages with Schlesinger group and I also emailed my host but have not gotten any response so far. I have always had great experience with Schlesinger group but this was one forgettable and disappointing experience as a panelist. Unfortunately, once a study has started you are not allowed to join as material has already been shown or discussed. If the information is repeated this will cause the whole project to run behind and additional compensation for every participate. I have completed several studies for this group and other market research companies with no problem in the past. I completed a study with them on August 26, and the third party website that hosts the focus groups and studies confirms I completed 100% of my portion, but now that over six weeks have passed and no payment has been given, I've been ignored on my multiple calls, messages, and e-mails sent. I take great care and consideration providing thoughtful and helpful feedback, and I'm sure they are making plenty of money from their clients to coordinate these studies, but to just ignore me when I have not been paid as promised is so poor!Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:If there was a delay in sending incentives, then that should have been communicated to participants. It would have taken just a few minutes to send out an email to those who participated and would have saved me a lot of time searching over spam folders to make sure I hadn't missed it, trying to reach out to ************, making phone calls, etc. I didn't receive a single response explaining anything to me, and after being ignored for weeks I filed my complaint here with the BBB.
I will update this once (if) payment is received. Communication is a small act that can make a huge difference and I hope ************ does better in this regard in the future!

USQ2216055 i never received my payment. I have wrote everyone who I had came in contract with and no ones know how to resolve this. This is saddening because I like doing the panel. I completed a shampoo study that started in May (HUT22800034) and finished in July. There was a $100 incentive promised. After many, many emails back and forth (most of mine ignored) with the project manager, I was promised that they had the green light to pay incentives on August 17th. I participated in TIG22801449 - DIY Interviews study with Schlesinger Group on 7/22/22 for $100 survey and $175 homework assignments. I completed the one on one interview and the homework assignment by 7/30/22. It was told to wait 4-6 week for the payout. It is now 9/24/22 8 weeks and I still have t received a payout. I participated in a Focus Group on September 8 2022. The focus group was online at 5pm, was told there was a payment of $150 for participation. Past experience was payment was rendered at time of group. After not hearing from them , i contacted got a voice message leave your information payment is 4 to 6 weeks. I'll wait another couple weeks though please if ther is a next time just tell me up front and when i got to the site there is a website for bbb filing, that does not look too good for your company. the other said complaint is resolved so seemed this is the correct approach .
