      They've been pretty good to me. Better than a lot of other survey sites. I have made money and cashed out. But I've also been aggravated by late declines too. It's a numbers game but they pay more than other sites and they're all easy.

      I completed a focus group on Nov 1st. I was promised payment within 4-6 weeks. I have not only NOT received payment, no one responds to phone calls, emails or website chats. Steer clear of this company! You are wasting your time by participating in any focus group conducted by this company!

      I did a diaper study which ended 12/16/22 and was promised my payment of $240 before christmas, ever since the study ended I cannot find any of the emails from the company and have not heard one thing about it. I reached out multiple times.

      I did three studies on non alcoholic beer for this company which they said would pay me around $40 each. They owe me $120 and never paid me. Its been months. This company is a fraud.

      I love Schlesinger! *** participated in, and been paid for several studies within the last 6 months. I get my **** card in the time frame they promised, in the amount they said. I cant wait to participate in more studies/focus groups!

      It is impossible to contact anyone who can help a respondent receive an unpaid incentive via email, text or phone. Project managers are totally disorganized, extremely difficult if not impossible to get in touch with. Consider your participation in surveys volunteer work, as youre unlikely to get paid.

      Went down hill. I've done studies with them at their facilities in the past and have always received my payment after the study was completed. I completed an in home study for a facial product in July and have not yet received my payment incentive. I have reached out on various platforms including to the manger who initially contacted me. After calling and leaving numerous emails, I was told that the study had just ended and I could expect payment in 4-6. I did not receive my payment and again sent numerous and voicemails before I got in contact with someone at their Manhattan location. I was finally told that someone would contact me. They never called but did follow up with an email saying my payment had been processed and that it would be 3-5 business before I received it in the mail. That timeframe has passed and I still haven't gotten a response to were my payment is. However, they are still sending survey opportunities to my email. Please beware of this company.

      Same issue as all the other reviewers report: company doesn't pay market research participants as agreed I will be pursuing a claim against them with the ** Attorney General. Others should similarly take action! Don't let these people get away with it!

      I have dealt w/ them for a few *************** continues to deteriorate. In addition to all the complaints about payment listed on this site & others, there is a general policy to stonewall on communications when you try to get something corrected (pay, cancelled session, info, etc.). If you read Glassdoor & other employee reviews you will find that management is a total shambles, various employees do not know what they are doing, high turnover, arbitrary procedures. Likely company is under financial strain, evidenced by very late or no payments, refusal to respond to inquiries, & schlocky communications quality. The front line people are not paid much & it shows: you get what you pay for. Massive waste of time filling out surveys with no result most of time. This is because they do not screen you or tell you what the defining issue is ahead of time. Also they are likely getting fewer jobs that need participants so the odds go down (for any of the remaining studies) for them to pick you up as participant. Too bad there is no zero star to give. Deal with them if your time is not worth much.

      I did a focus group on home improvements for 1,hour for 250.After 4 weeks pass i emailed them and told them wheres my money they told me that i was terminated after the 4 weeks pass.I even emailed them about this.This ridiculous i got scammed from them.Its a complete scam.I called the corporate office and they told me to talk to panel services after two weeks pass again the same bs.They did not reply to me they owe me 250 there not fair.And the lady told me not to call again this is a bunch of c*** i unsubscribed from them forever.Who cares about,then.They ****.
