      I processed my payment to be ready on 11-17-2024 still have not received it yet its 12-07-2024. Pretty upset I have to wait this long to get my payment

      TERRIBLE customer service. It has been well done over two months since I was supposed to receive MY money. I have emailed, left voicemails many times with zero response. I finally spoke to someone and they just told me to send an email. I refused and asked to speak with a manager. They blamed it on me that I never confirmed my address so they couldnt send my payment cards. Im not sure if I ever received it or not but I never knew I should be expecting an email to confirm my address. You cannot treat people like this ESPECIALLY when you owe them money for their services. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. You will not get paid and you will not be able to get in touch with anyone for months.

      Absolutely horrible. I have done multiple studies and have yet to get paid out. I’m not able to talk to anyone over the phone and they are claiming (via email) that they have no information of my account even though I have my request codes. I would never recommend this company.

      They are amazing at getting you scheduled for studies and were amazing pre covid with their payment cards before they went to the virtual rewards wallet ********. Now its like a jail sentence waiting for your payment from them. Other research companies that use the virtual rewards are MUCH more timely, especially ******* associates in ******* which is right directly across the street from sagos physical office in *******. It takes upwards to almost two months to get paid and then the virtual cards dont always work on ************ wallet as they use prepaid Mastercard and not tremendous (FAR BETTER) like other companies. I hate getting booked with them at times because it takes MONTHS to get paid. Like my god I wish it was as quick to get paid as it is to get booked and receive 80 emails from them to confirm your appointments lol. Now i will say a little of the time is cut back if you do an in person study with them as they send your incentive choice email to add to your wallet right when you leave the building but its STILL a month and Atleast two weeks to even receive it lol.

      This is the worst experience I have ever encountered participating in a study. The research company uses SAGO for payout. No reward no response and no one takes ownership. This company needs to be prosecuted

      Stay away from this company! I finally got my incentive after 4 months and I was very persistent! Their process is absolutely ridiculous. With current technology, payment should be immediately after completion of the survey. I will never do another survey for them!

      It's been over 2 wks still not shown in wallet and now the whole SAGO Focus Group website is no longer working so unable to check my wallet anymore so I can redeem my incentive. It's ridiculous how long it takes to hit your wallet then another several wks to receive your incentive just crazy. But now I'm mad about them taking their web page site down. How are we supposed to redeem our rewards into incentives? They don't really respond to emails much either about these issues

      I've participated in focus groups with Sago (also known as Focus Group) for at least 10 years. In the past, we used to go to their location, participate in the research and be given a physical gift card upon departure. This last August 2024, I participated in custumer research that involved driving to their office, around 12 miles from home, picking up a product, sampling it and writing a review. The "incentive" was $75 that I had to request going to their website, using what they call a "digital wallet". I've been trying to get my card since then. It's been more than 3 months and after 8, yes, you read correctly, eight emails asking to be helped or to be sent a card in the mail, the latter being an option they claim to offer, I have received nothing and I have also been told that my incentive (which I never received) will expire in December. Very disrespectful and frustrating.

      This company is the absolute worst research firm. It took close to 3 weeks or longer just to have rewards added to my wallet and then another 20 business days to get paid and then you have to fight them for it because they don't pay you on time. We're talking about a 6 week payment window and that's absurd to expect participants to wait that long. I have had to file a complaint every time I have been due to be paid because all I get is repeated excuses.This business should not be able to continue to operate in this matter!!!
