      Hi Sago Since 9/12/24 participated online survey & till date 11/3/24 Ive not been able to reach any assistance from Sago to receive incentive $125 its been passed the 20 days period they claim to process. Have emailed plus left VM no response. The helpfocusgroup just replied just to call or email is just a non stop ************ w/o any actual solution, very unprofessional. Would like to actually speak with someone to assist with this matter. You complete a bunch of surveys & no calls or assistance in incentives.

      Please help me. I did a survey on 93/2024. I still do not have my gift card. It is shame, as years ago they would give the gift card out on the spot. Now one has to go to a redemption place, and it never gets going!!!!!!!!1 The redempiton place has no record of me, and I still do not have my gift card. Sad.Sago is located in *****. Pa. at *******************.

      No one returns your calls when you are complaining about not getting paid. I did a focus group the beginning of September and still have not received my points.

      This company is junk!!! People that do focus groups need the money and they want to play games with your money!!! Never again!!!! There are focus groups out there that are reputable and do right by you- I have worked with many of them. This place is trash!

      This company is the absolute worst research firm. It takes close to 2 weeks or longer just to have rewards added to your wallet and then another 20 business days to get paid and then you have to fight them for it because they don't pay you on time. We're talking about a 6 week payment window and that's absurd to expect participants to wait that long. I have had to file a complaint every time I have been due to be paid because all I get is repeated excuses.

      This company engages in unfair business practices. I participated in a study conducted by this company over a month ago, over 3hrs long and despite fulfilling my obligations, I have yet to receive payment for my participation, its been over 30 days. People who do these studies are vulnerable and really need the money and they take advantage of that. I believe that it is unacceptable for a company to neglect their payment obligations and to provide inadequate customer support. As a participant in their study, I dedicated my time and effort in good faith, and I expect to be compensated as agreed.

      I participated in the past lets say two ************* was available within that month in the past. This year I did a survey on July and here we are mid September & no payment. They have a million excuses. But when they needed you to maje available time to participate and have a two hour long discussion we had to be available when they say & how they say. Im very disappointed with this company!!!

      I have did studies with Sago before they became Focus Group and the turn around time for a reward was about a week. I did a study in mid July and my award was available in my account a week after the study ended, great. I redeemed my VIRTUAL gift card about four weeks about (19 business days exactly) and still nothing. I understand it takes 20 business days for rewards to be processed but I dont think that it will be done by tomorrow. This company was great until new owners took over, please remember this if you are strapped for cash and think that youll be getting rewarded for your time in a reasonable time frame cause you will not. Please try other focus groups as this company is very unprofessional & im confused on why it should take a month to simply process a virtual gift card.

      While participating in a mock jury, the participants were informed we would be paid in a week give or take. I opted for a gift card. Tomorrow will be 4 weeks, and absolutely nothing. I am owed over $700.00 for my participation. Most participants including myself, are on set incomes. Small claims court is rapidly becoming an option. Despicable

      It has been over 5 weeks since I did it mock jury for this company. They said that they were process my payment within 20 days. It has been over 20 days I have not received a payment. The first excuse I got from this company was they were behind in processing checks The second excuse I got was it's up to the client. One is a lie maybe both. I would like to get my money it' $300 I don't understand why it takes so long to pay people is the company broke. Are they just lying about the two reasons why they can't process our payments sooner
