      Their payment is so bad to the extent of the ******************************************* other research company their is just within 10 business day which complete genuine and must better than this sago 100 recruiter 2 people in payment processing poor customer service and support like I would rate 0 of out 10 change ur payment method the days is too much

      Absolutely the worst financial institution I have ever had the misfortune to work with. ********* calls back to back, texts over and over, and even had the nerve to start calling my 9 year old's phone to try to get in contact with me when I was late making a payment. Sago literally harasses you until you want to blow your own brains out. I am literally voluntarily repoing my RV just to get out from under these people. I would rather be homeless than have to deal with the harassing phone calls, emails, and texts. I even explained to them that they were about to get me fired from my new job for continuously calling back to back (literally wait for voicemail to pick up, hang up and call right back MULTIPLE times over). If I could give a negative 5 star review I would. These people are literal BULLIES!

      Did a study for them, Did not bother to tell me that I was going to be paid in points that I would have to convert into a gift card. Now a week later I am still trying to get my money. I did this study to get the money to help pay a bill, now I still owe the bill, but have late fees as well.

      i went in for a focus group, did the study and have not been paid, they don't answer e mails or phone calls.

      I participated in a study in November and still have not received my incentive. I sent them multiple emails and never received a response, but they were definitely calling me multiple times before the study to make sure I participated. It seems like they go quiet when it's time for payment.

      REQUEST ID - ****** (UNRESOLVED) - I competed a survey on 12/21. never received the incentive points until 12/31. I have redeem the **** card since 12/31 and its been past **** business days with no response but an apology on times for the delays. this the second time they are doing this to me so I am writing this report in hopes of them doing better. Schlesinger needs to adhere to their policy or fix their payment system to something automated and not requiring so much red tape. its **** - modern times! We shouldnt be forced to adhere to yall study schedule if yall not meeting your deadlines and timelines.

      Been good to me. This is my second study with them for a smoking survey and its been good. There was a small issue with the first week of my first study but by the end of it they got it all resolved and all was good. I really enjoy doing these studies with them. They are amazingly easy

      Did a study for them this December. They never sent me my gift card. I have repeatedly left emails and phone calls. No one gets back to me. I took time out on a business trip for them to do a banking study. Crazy that they took advantage of my time. This is not a legit company. Never paid me. It is now January 9th almost a month since I did the study and have not been paid.

      I am still waiting for 2 different incentives that are still being processed. It's been over the 10 business days that it says it will take to process. I've emailed them twice and still no response. When it was Schlesinger I never had a problem receiving my incentives as promised, when promised but since they changed to Sago it's gone way downhill. If I could give a negative star review I would!

      I attended a study group on May 2, 2023 involving the nasal spray part of a product. I was told that I would receive $150.00 upon completion. To date I haven't received anything.I personally drove to the place where I did the study showing them emails telling me they were working on it. Payment was supposed to be via something called Wallet. Once again, they gave me no instructions on how to setup Wallet. They also go by the name of Sago and Focus Group I have participated in multiple studies with no problems.I wish I had read the reviews. Looks like many people have been lied too.
