      They take forever and 2 days to process anything. I chose the virtual **** and I've yet to receive the confirmation email. Most survey sites have instant cashouts. This company just seems sketchy.

      They do not pay you when the representative tells you that you will receive the gift card- You receive an email 10 days after the study- TO SELECT A GIFT CARD- THEN its 20 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS your card. Im sure Prevnar doesn't know that they misrepresent the payment and it really shouldn't take that long to get an electronic gift card.

      It's been months and I'm still waiting on my incentive. They keep giving me automatic messages talking about an additional delay. I feel used. I did a lot of work for them and got everything in on time and they have not held up their end of the deal.

      I participated in a study on April 11 2024. I have not received the ****** incentive. Everytime I check the status of the incentive it says still processing. Every time I send an email inquiring about payment. I am being sent a generic email about processing time delays. The company should have told me prior to participating in the study that it may take months to process my payment . I will never do another study ever again with this company. Thus company should be shut down.

      Sago ***** with Payments, they sure get you in there, but when it comes to pay they take there sweet time. They say up to 20 working days, well I'm still waiting on a payment and it's been 20 days. I suggest not to work for this company.

      Sago research does not pay out within 2 weeks as promised.They sent link with award amount on focus group wallet and when u select a virtual card they don't email it to you... they tell u it takes up to 20 days for payment after that. This is frustrating and also odd because they should pay us right after company which they did group for pays them at end of study. It says that zendesk is very busy so everyone's payments go behind for up to a month behind. Is this fair practice absolutely not! It is a form of a ponzi scheme if they are using the clients money to pay participants from a different survey with totally different client that was done before ours. They need to be investigated for possible ponzi scheme. We did our part and we want our money

      I did 2 studies with them almost a month ago and elected for a virtual gift card and I have been stuck in processing for almost a month now. I will never do a study with them again as I feel like I'm out of $300. I keep getting a generic email about it taking 20 plus business days to process and I have never waited this long to get compensated. But, it seems like everyone is having the same issues with them.

      I participated in the National Issues focus group for Sago in early March and its been over a month and I have not received the promised $200 payment. I have tried reaching out to them to no avail.

      I completed a study for them. I never received my compensation for doing the work I performed in good faith. Do not sign up or complete surveys for them.

      I did a month long study for SAGO / FocusGroup.com in October 2023. The study was in conjunction with Apple.The study promised to pay $400 when completed. When the study finished, I was told I would be $50 because I didn't fulfill the study obligations. When I pushed back, with data that I had completed the study, I was eventually told I would be paid $350.When the points showed up in my account on Focusgroup.com, I submitted a request to redeem them for an Amazon gift certificate. Now, 3 weeks later, that is still 'processing'There is no one to contact, emails go unanswered. The company is full of false promises and underhand tactics to try to get out of paying.
