      I have been apart of Focus Group for a while and have been waiting now for my rewards to be and to be credited for 2 40$ studies I did, I can't find them nowhere on my account and idk when I should get my rewards considering it been 2 months. I also already cashed out a $10 virtual **** on 11/15and $21 on 11/22 virtual **** and haven't gotten either! Emailing them is a joke!

      I have messaged the company at least 4 times for my rewards for doing focus groups. I have 3 requests pending.Never a reply.This is going on 3 weeks now.This is way too long to simply email me my virtual gifts.

      Participated in a survey 11/17. Incentive added to wallet 11/24. Cashed in that day, still processing 4 days later. I don't understand how it can that that long to redeem a virtual gift card. Same experience as everyone else, they don't return emails or phone calls.

      My names ************************* I did a survey about Kool-Aid back on 10/20/23 and I completed it and got a email saying thank you and I completed everything but still no incentive payment?Plus a month before that I did a study on a men's Razor DOC-******* and never received that incentive I've called and called and called and emailed and emailed and emailed left voicemails after voicemails and still nothing I love doing the surveys but that's crazy no one can get back to you and let you know why you were not paid I think that's pretty messed up they give us a timeline which is just a few days to complete their surveys but they can't stick to their timeline and pay us when they say they're going to pay us somebody needs to get back to me please!?!?

      I am on day 12 waiting for my incentive to process. The website states that it takes up to 10 days. I have contacted customer service with no response.

      This the worst company! All talk, no action!!!! They string you along then never follow through. I am not able to get a response from them now!!!Dont waste your time!!

      They host extensive focus groups and then take forever to pay their incentives. I think its u fair as people do this to make extra cash. 6-8 WEEKS for payment is ridiculous

      totally unprofessional group,They don't return phone calls, when I had an important quesiton about payment,They are like a scam, this tel number is not working in ** I can't believe META is using them to conduct a focus group I am a senior and they can't tell me how to use the wallet to get paid,They are totally no good

      I Participated in a Focus Group survey at 711 3rd ave with the primise of $375 at the completion of the survey. Upon completion, Group was told we could get a gift card or a virtual debit card or a actual debit card. I choose the virtual debit card and was I would get a link in 3 to 5 days,then the system said 10 business days. I completed this survey on 11/1/2023. I haven't been paid,I can't get in touch with them,and when I go to my account it still says processing.

      We provided interpreters for them and it has been 74 days since the date of invoice. My interpreters are calling everyday and Sago is not even giving us an ETA.
