      I have yet to receive my incentive I have left messages no one return calls this been since 10/23/2023 and this is for a virtual card. I think they are unprofessional when it comes to incentives and they dont reach back out to the members regarding support, I will no longer be participating in any further focus groups with them.

      I recently took part in a 3 day online community focus and a 4 hour in-person focus on 10/7. It was a three hour drive to my in-person session and was ensured on the phone as well as in person that the incentive would be added to my account within 48 hours of completion. This is why I agreed to the focus. It is coming up on a week since claiming my incentive and I have still not received it. I contacted customer service over the phone and via the website and have not received a reply.       They lie about inventive payment, saying over and over 1-3 days, then after completing the work all the sudden it's expected to take several weeks to receive and absolutely no answer or response from leaving messages writing emails or using the contact form ... Finally got credited "points" to my virtual wallet after 3 weeks and so I chose the virtual **** reward and then I'm told it's going to take almost another 2 weeks to process this. Whyyyyyyyyyyy can't this company be up front about the fact that it's going to take months to get paid for their jobs. Then people wouldn't be planning and expecting that money. It's hundereds of dollars were talking about, not ten bucks. It's a big deal. I'm so very angry and disappointed

      I did a research project and I was stiffed and I emailed and there has been zero communication back. I recommend everyone tells anyone they know not to ever associate with Sago so they can't get away with their greed and using people anymore. I will create a ******** post and i am going to tell anyone i know how awful SAGO is. Word gets around.

      I participated in many Focus Groups with Schlesinger Group in ****** over the years and never had an issue. In July 2023, I participated in a Web-based Online Focus Group. I received an email thanking me for my participation, and letting me know the incentive would be processed in 4 weeks. As of today, I have sent over 15 emails to the initial PM, *************************, with NO REPLY, and have left over 15 voicemails, not only to their ****************************** but also to several people in Corporate, and have yet to receive the courtesy of a response. I own 2 businesses myself, and if this is how I treated my customers, I would not be in business. Your company is rude and disrespectful. I carved out time in my schedule to participate in the Focus Group and you can't EVEN give me the courtesy of responding to my inquiries, much less paying me the incentive you promised me for my time.

      I did a body wash study with this group and was never compensated. I can no longer get into my account and have sent several email regarding both issue with only automatic responses. I think I have been scammed. So disappointing since I completed the required work.

      I did a Zoom research group 6/8/2023, have yet to be paid. Ive phoned and emailed numerous times. Its not a lot of money, but I would like to be paid, at least a response.

      I have been doing surveys and trails for them for quite awhile and have been paid several times. However, the last time I did a shampoo study for them and did the required surveys and it says on my account that I was paid. When I reached out to them to let them know I never received anything they told me they were looking into it a few times and never paid me or responded again to my follow **** It was for over $100. I'm waiting on an amazon gift card for them now so we'll see if I actually get this one, if not I'll be cancelling with them and will find everywhere I can to put reviews so others don't get scammed.

      I did two Focus Groups for them in their *** offices. 3/16/23 & 4/17/23. I was not paid for either of them. I have emailed them on numerous occasions and no one will respond. I can't find any other way of getting in touch with them. It looks like this has happened to many other people as well. I gave them my time, they should have the decency to hold up their side of the bargain and pay me for that time.Does anyone know another way to contact them besides email?
