    I bought a extended warranty with this company now that my car broke down and they are refusing to repair it after they send somebody out and the person. They sent out agree that the car needed to get fixed by them that it's under warranty and now they're golfing me golfing the shop not answering. Acting like they're not around Dodging everybody calls and hanging up on ** when they find out that it's us calling me in the repair shop

    I purchased an extended warranty from Ideal Auto Protect May 2022. I am having a problem with the company not providing a copy of the contract that I signed with them. I need a copy of what I agreed to, and have requested it several times. Each time they said customer service would email me a copy, but I never receive anything. Every time I try to call their company, the phone rings and rings. Eventually it goes to voicemail. They are terrible about returning phone calls.

    I got this warranty in Oct 2021. Because they had an issue with processing my payment from my savings account, they wanted to use my checking account (all of a sudden, they don't use savings account). I cancelled the warranty in January 2022 and was informed that I would get my prorated refund back in ***** days. I gu,ess the first person (************************* got tired of dealing with me after a few months, he passed me off to *******************. I've emailed and called weekely since February 2022 and have yet to received my refund. In the past five months, I haven't received a response to my emails. At this point, since, I've never filed a claim under this warranty, I want all of my money, not just the prorated amount.

    Cancellation of an extended Warranty June of 2022 in which i was advised multiple times the check was in the mail, to date still have not received my refund for unused premium after cancellation after my car was sold and paid in full. This warranty was acquired indirectly from the dealership and it has been next to impossible to reach anyone there by phone or email after October. I signed the cancellation June 1st, the only reps that answer the phone are sales while customer service and claims are nowhere to be found nor is management. They owe me approximately 900$ but I think its more than fair to be compensated the additional 300$ cancellation fee that was deducted from unused premium for my time and efforts at this point.     I purchased an extended warranty for my 2016 auto in March of 2022. I went to use it on 1/17/23 and the company is impossible to get a hold of. I have emailed them over 12 times, the dealership has called and left a VM and I have called over 20 times and have only talked to someone twice and they said I would get a call back. I have not received a call or email follow up. They said my claim, which is not large, is being reviewed by a specialist. The reviews online state that they will try to deny claims at all costs. I contacted my CC company to see if they could help but the purchase was made over 100 days ago so they can not. I would like a prorated refund and I will go elsewhere.

    I purchased a Vehicle Service Agreement with Ideal Group, Inc that became effective as of 1-29-22. This is to cover repairs on my 2018 **** *******, should something break down. On October 21, 2022 I phoned Ideal Auto Protect to inquire about filing a claim to repair the rack & pinion gear mechanism in my ****. I was told to have the repair shop contact them with the itemized invoice of the needed repairs. On or about October 22, 2022 my repair manager contacted them and sent them the needed information. On November 7, 2022 I was contacted by Bruce at Ideal, telling me that the necessary part to make the repairs had finally been received and was being shipped to the repair shop here in Bakersfield, CA. At this point I'm under the impression that the shop will have the part by Friday and my car will be repaired soon, and at no cost to me, based on my understanding of the Service Agreement.
    On November 28, 2022 my repairman, Robert, phoned to tell me that he had finally received the part and that my car could be scheduled for repair on December 8, 2022. Robert also informed me that IDEAL AUTO PROTECT will only pay for the part they bought and the labor to install that part. I am going to be stuck to pay for about 4 more hours of labor to remove the usable adjoining old parts on the **** and incorporate the new part for proper installation. Robert has informed me that amount is going to be around $500!
    When I purchased this agreement, I did so with the understanding that if anything covered broke down, it would be repaired to operational condition at no cost to me. The plan I purchased clearly states NO DEDUCTIBLE. As it stands right now, my 'deductible' ($500) s going to be a larger amount than Ideal will pay.
    If you look at the timeline, you will see that I've now been driving a car with faulty steering for nearly 6 weeks and I'm going to be out of pocket for at least $500. I'm just glad I wasn't stranded in Tucumcari, NM when this failure happened.

    *** had two claims refused to pay ************************* tried to negotiate them down. ************************* goes by 3 names. I signed paper work for refund on ********** have called and text 50 times all he says is Ill check into it. Nothing ever done I would ** a full refund of *******

    I put in for service for my truck with **** this is the first repair since I got the Policy they sent out a Representative from their company to look at the repairs they denied the repairs.When I called them they said there was 7 repairs and that they would repair one which was the motor mount out of three so I told them to cancel my Policy and to give me a refund cause I was not happy with that.That was August 0f 2021 they said they were going to refund only 347.00 out of 1,500 hundred keep calling and they keep give me different date for the past 14 months
