      I ordered Remedy Meds twice. I couldn’t order anymore as I had an allergic reaction around the injection site. I kept getting texts and emails that it was time to order. I sent them an email on 5/2 staring I wasn’t going to order anymore. They stopped notifying me. However I have 2 charges on my card for May 12 and & June 6. I haven’t received product nor did I call them to refill. Their response was it’s now a subscription fee. I’ve emailed them and they say I’m not technically cancelled. This is just a scam.

      I tried numerous times to stick needle into vile only to have needle break. I am a RN so I know how to use needles and anything incorporated with them. I will send back vile, and all needles except 2 the 2 needles that BROKE when trying to insert into vile.

      Got no response regarding their money-back guarantee even though I wasnt going to be able to lose 10% of my weight as they guaranteed. I tried it and it didnt work. Would not like to continue further services with *********.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      none of the technicalities was explained when I asked previously, only now its being shared as if their intention wasnt to hide to new customers how impossibly difficult it would be to be protected by a refund if the products weight-loss guarantee doesnt work. Looks like yet another  misleading marketing strategy to rope in more people at any cost and thats unfortunate. In addition, based on the effectiveness of the product thus far, 10% off the original weight isnt remotely possible. No kidding people wouldn't stick around to keep paying $399 month after month when it doesnt work as guaranteed in their marketing, not to mention this lack of results with the product is with daily multi-hour workouts and diet changes being implemented. At the end, the lost money, which i find to be substantial, wasnt worth the inadequate lost weight with the product.

      The guarantee is pretty clearly listed as a 4 month guarantee and not a 2 month guarantee. We have honored this policy in every situation where the policy is upheld. It is also explicitly stated in our terms and services so for any further complications please refer to that.

      I dont know where 2 month guarantee came from when its been over 3 months. Yes, it hasnt been 4 months but all it takes is ordering one more shipment, which would not help the situation anyways. To order a fourth shipment just to prove the guarantee didnt work and wasnt explained when asked seems like a waste of time/resources. But is this whats being recommended? Other than that, it looks like this is the end and theres no genuine care about this.

      This meds are not real . The mixture from semi gluten and the L-carnitino meds mixed are false together . One medicine goes injected in the muscle and the other medicine is to be injected in the fat. After having this medicine, checked out by another medical provider at ****** ****** clinic and Vally Meds, they said that these medicines are not to be put together. Theyre not sending ***********. If you take these injections and youve been on some drug test before you will notice that they do not work the same you do not lose the weight the same. They are charging people for medicines that are not whats in the bottle. If you do order from here, have another medical provider check the bottle before you injected one bottle when injecting burning severely sometimes they would chargeyou and wouldnt even send the bottle and sometimes they would send a mix bottle. You never know what medicines you were going to receive from this place if you received anything.

      I have been a subscriber since September, initially without incident. Beginning in March, I failed to receive ordered medication an had to call multiple times after receiving a notice that the medication had been sent to the pharmacy but never arrived to my home. After multiple calls the order was resubmitted and finally received 2 weeks late. Then on April 15 I submitted my next months request, which has still not arrived, despite speaking with customer service and being told my order would be processed, then later receiving an email that I needed to meet with a provider which i did and was told the order would be processed, but then i recieved an email asking for labs (which had previously been submitted x2), then I received a confirmation thank you for the labs and nothing more. I reached out several times via email (with only canned, AI responses and no processing of my order, though i was charged). I submitted my May order request on 5/6, noting i was still awaiting my April order, and got an email that I would receive confirmation w/in 24 hours. As of today i have not received anything further, though i have emailed x2 again about both *********** orders. Their claims to have this be a low stress service is nonsense. They are also apparently lowering doses without notice due to *** changes in cost regulations. Regardless, I have been charged x2 without any medication. I want to cancel, but since i cant get assistance while a participant, Im sure i will never get the meds or my $ back if i cancel now. Hoping this will have some impact. Order **************** notes and uploads also have been REMOVED from the site, so reference #s are difficult to find and there is no apparent tracking outside of email (which feels suspect and intentional).

      I have a membership with Remedy Meds and am charged monthly for compounded ***-1 medication.

      - On April 15, I moved from ***** ***** to **** ***** and I updated my shipping address in the Remedy Meds patient portal accordingly. My billing address was not edited as I hadn't yet updated the information on file with my bank and I wanted to ensure transactions were successful
      - On April 17, my card was charged the monthly fee of $399
      - On April 18, I requested a refill and was advised the medication would be delivered in 5-7 business days (between April 25-29)
      - On April 28, I received an email indicating my medication had shipped and a tracking number was provided
      - On April 29 at approximately 9pm PT, while I was on a business trip, I received a notification from *** indicating the package had been delivered
      - On April 30 at approximately 2pm PT, I arrived at my house and no package had been delivered. I checked the tracking number only to realize that it has been shipped to my previous address. I called Remedy immediately and spoke to a representative who confirmed that the shipping address on file had been updated successfully and was unsure what had happened. I then drove to my former address in an attempt to locate the package. It was not there nor had anyone turned in to leasing office.
      - Today, May 7, despite emailing Remedy DAILY for the past week, nothing has been done to replace the shipment that was delivered incorrectly due to an error on their end. Nothing is shipped on Fridays so if no action is taken today or tomorrow, the earliest delivery will be on Wed, May 14
      - In ten days, on May 17, I am anticipating being charged for next month regardless of not receiving this month's product

      I do not understand why the medication was not immediately replaced as it was prescribed (and paid for) three weeks ago. My health is now being affected as I am overdue for my next dose. I am at my wit's end and am being penalized due to an error on their part.

      I signed up with RemedyMeds on March 17th, 2025. From then, I was to be sent monthly Tirzepatide injections and be billed monthly for these. My account was set to be auto-charged on April 11, 2025 with my address and card information included. RemedyMeds did not charge on that day, and I called 3 days later to see what the issue was. They said there was none on my end and for some reason their billing team did not charge me. They said I would be charged that day. April 18th rolls around and I still wasn't charged, I called again. They said they would charge me and ship it now, but now I am officially a week behind on my medication. It is vital that these injectables are done on schedule weekly. They finally charge me on the 21st, 10 days after it was supposed to ship. I get an email on the 23rd asking for my address, another thing in my account, indicating that they had not even attempted to ship my medication. They ask me to wait 5-7 days. I email them indicating my medication is significantly behind. I have attached this email chain, but they tried to tell me it was because my billing was not until May 11th. That is my third billing date. They are referencing my third billing date for my third vial of medication when they have not even sent me my second. They also said in the email last week that they would adjust my billing date to reflect the delay, which they have not done. I am still scheduled to be charged another $389.99 on May 11th when I have not even received my second vial of medication. They no longer are responding to my emails and told me to give them 24 hours to resolve the issue on Friday, April 25. I have not heard from them since, no medication has been shipped, nothing for billing on my account has been adjusted, they have ignored any questions or mentions of a refund as noted in my email pdfs, but still have my money. I would cancel with them, but then I am worried I will lose my portal access and never see my medication or money again.

      I currently pay a monthly fee of $399 per month in exchange for a four week supply of tirzepatide. I submitted my refill request on March 20th, and received a tracking number for the package on March 22nd. After not receiving the shipment, I noticed there was an error message when I clicked on the tracking number. I notified ****** Med customer service on March 27th via email of the issue. Since that time, I have contacted Remedy Meds nine times, and was told 5 times that a supervisor would contact me and the issue would be resolved immediately. It has not been resolved, I have not received any contact from a supervisor, nor have I received my medicine. I was supposed to take my next dose of tirzepatide last week, and was unable to do so since I never received it. I have email and call logs that I can provide if needed. It is unacceptable customer service to not have received the medicine required and on time when I am paying such a high price each month for it. Additionally, when I was told multiple times that a supervisor would contact me and never did, calls into question the integrity and validity of this organization.

      On Febuary 1st I became a patient with RemedyMeds online. I soon received a vial of tirzepedide AFTER my consult w/ their doctor discussing both weight loss ************* apnea & being approved for the medication. It was $400 & I was told by the doctor to inject 12 units. 1st mo. I did and after 1 month, I was sleeping ************************** lost 10 #'s. Success. My 2nd mo's medication shipped -same price. After 3rd injection, the morning of Mar 16th, I called to speak with a medical professional because I was no longer sleeping & I had actually gained a half a pound. At that time, I was told someone would call back in ***** minutes. No one called all day. I called back & was told that they could not promise a call back until the next day.Finally RN/nurse ***** or ***** called, listened & told me I should have been injecting 50 units in mo #2. My dose was supposed to be increased but NO ONE TOLD ME! At no time did the doctor say my dose would increase mo #2 & no message was received. *****/*****(?) said I would have my month's meds replaced. I would receive a call back to ********** one called back.Instead, I received a $50 refund. This is NOT what I was told. I tried multiple times, calling & emailing to get my medication replaced for free, as offered. They have refused.I find it wrong to get 1/4 of my money back when I wasted 3/4. They don't care that no one instructed me the proper dose to take of a controlled ************** wasted my money. I cannot afford to waste my **************** medication is working, their doctor was great, their nurse was professional. I need the replacement med he offered or my money back. No one should be taking medication without proper instructions given on proper use! They agreed this was wrong in writing but didn't provide the replacement meds their own professional offered. I do have an email confirming their mistake from ****, "patient experience specialist" but no replacement medication and a short-paid refund.

      I joined for weight loss medicine and paid for first dose on Feb 28 th. Saw the ** March 1 and was told to send in my labs etc. I did that and had to see another ** on March 15 th who told me med was ordered. I kept calling customer support asking why it wasnt being sent. No answer or rationale given. March 22 I spoke to someone named ****** who identified that I did pay and shouldve been sent the med. that day he and his supervisor charged my debit card ****** I told them the money was taken that day and I was told they voided it on there end. However, I can prove it was debited and although Ive asked for the money back, Im told it didnt go through. They will not listen. At this point, Ive paid for two months worth of meds and received one. So I want the ****** refunded.
