      I made a purchase from the company, the agreement was for medication and for ******* from a provider. I received an email requesting that I get labs done. I emailed multiple times asking what to do since the labs they used was no where nearby. I uploaded previous labs was told they wouldn't work but I continued to ask where I could go, I didn't get a response, so I joined another company to purchase medication from; that company requested my old prescription. Again I messaged multiple times to obtain the prescription and didn't get a response. I finally got a response when I requested to cancel, they offered me 25% off my next months order. Finally the homepage showed a customer service number to contact, when I called they said it was the first day of the mumber being opened and they had many people with the same issue of not getting email responses. The first lady told me where to find my prescription on my account. After the call I checked and it wasn't there. The second time I calle, I belive I spoke with Eugene, I was told my issue would be escalated and I would receive a partial credit. I did not. I later received HIPPA release forms which I filled out and return. No prescription provided. I emailed again, more HIPPA forms, sent back no response. I received the medication but not the ******* that was promised. I tried to file a dispute with my Credit Card and Remedy Meds denied it. Said I received meds and the membership was non refundable. Their home page shows what comes with your membership and I did not receive the care and access to a provider I was promised. I have multiple emails that prove I've emailed with 0 response, some from Remedy Meds, some from ******** where I spoke with Jenny S from Remedy Meds and she never replied.

      I contacted the company again today 10/11, spoke to a representative that agreed that my concerns weren't addressed, he could see in the conversation history that they didnt communicate back with me, the ball was dropped and I never received the credit as promised. He said he would escalate to management again for account credit again. He was very nice and apologetic and said he was shocked at my experience.

      I filled out a profile online seeking a prescription for GLP-1 medication in order to switch from one company to Remedy Meds. The profile asked if I am currently taking a GLP-1 medication and the dosage. I answered this question that I was currently on a GLP-1 medication at 10 mg/week. I paid the subscription fee and within hours received a notification that my prescription had been sent to the pharmacy. I never spoke with a prescriber, nor was I ever told what dosage I was being prescribed. I reached out to customer service (which is only via email) and before I received a reply, I received another email that the medication was being shipped. I sent another email to customer service and finally received a reply that the dosage prescribed was 2.5 mg/week so a total of a 1 month supply in the amount of 10 mg. So essentially I paid $400 for 1 week being that I currently take 10 mg/week. I was then told I could be given a refund since the medication had been shipped. It was shipped before I even had a chance to speak to anyone or request a cancelation. Horrible business practices and horrible customer service.
