    Complete scam. The odds are horrible, and I have lost more money here than any other casino I have ever played at. They don't offer loss back bonuses or any loyalty programs no matter how much money you spend with them. I stupidly kept giving them chances, but they have continued to **** my wallet dry. The staff obviously uses AI generated responses when you try to ask them questions and will not discuss their RTP but they claim they are regulated and completely fair. The amount of money I have lost cannot just be chalked up to "bad luck". It would be impossible to not at least see some money back at the amount I have bet. Do not ****** here! I am sticking to *********. They are super fair and offer loyalty programs with benefits even when you're losing a lot of money. I have lost close to 6k in a few weeks with no bonus offers or deposit matches. Terrible site, they should not be allowed to exist.

    Total scam and rip off, you win bonus play but it buffers every time you spin and throw you out the game and restart. Won winnings and they still haven't released it so I can pick up my winnings, I advised you all to stop playing online it's a total rip off, take your money but give you an hard time getting it if you win, I will never ever play online or at the casino. Shame how rigged up the game is, please be aware of the scam

    This BetMGM is a scammer I placed bets for the ******** ******* vs ******* boxing match and won because my bet was that the fight will end 6-10 rounds and it indeed ended in the 10th round . I emailed them and they continue to say the bet slip is correct and it lost and they refuse to pay me my money also for the unanimous decision for ******* to win and that slip as well they refuse to pay me .

    On December 5th they offered me a free bet. They sent it to my Pennsylvania account and not my ************** account. I contact support they made it easy! Today same thing happens and they were rude and not helpful at all. My simple question was why was it done on the 5th and not today! They had no answer. Terrible customer service and very unhelpful when I just 20 days ago it was very easy
