    They started off with good service but as they became more known the glitches began to happen and they could not handle the influx of players, causing games and bets to blank out during play, which caused numerous losses. It honestly was my favorite site to do soccer betting, but due to their errors and malfunctions, they made me hate betting all together. Keep in mind that Im still up overall by about 10k but still this does not compensate for the frustration caused by their errors and failures. I wont spend another dime on this app ever again!!!

    They're app is extremely glitchy and does not work at all more than half the time. When you call and have the privilege of actually speaking with someone all they tell you to do is uninstall and reinstall the app, which I have now done dozens of times in the past month. Its essentially every time I want to place a bet, I have to uninstall and reinstall their app, which seems ridiculous and I've never had to do that with any other app. Also, their Face ID feature works maybe 10% of the time, and when you are finally able to access the app after uninstalling and reinstalling it just spins and loads and spins and loads for everything you click on. My service is perfectly fine, and every other app I use has no issues at all except *** sports book. Their location feature also requires you to turn off your wifi, then place your bet, and then turn your wifi back on. Seems like that is working harder not smarter as location services should work even with wifi turned on, and the wifi connection is clearly located in NY. Again, this is something that is only an issue with the *** app. If you're looking for something reliable *** is definitely not for you.

    bet MGM is a rip off on there games you cant not enjoy what you play on there website i made to many deposit just to enjoy there games i feel they are scammers and cheater out to get your money i think i better leave them along i lose a lot of money trying to play with them i did one time and took a break from them and started back playing again still the same they are rip off online casino they are not honest at all they cheats on the games and customer i am one of them bet river is better i win with them not all the time but they let you enjoy the game i will stick with them but think for listening

    If you like finally winning a bonus round on a slot machine and then winning ZERO during that round multiple, multiple times then Deposit and waste your time and money. After about the 10th time Ive quit and saved you the time and money or you can experience it for yourself. Complete scam!

    They settled my parlay as a win on my account, changed the settlement after I withdrew my winnings, took the remaining balance in my account, and gave me a negative balance of $22. I reached out to the customer service team in an email at first and they didnt even acknowledge my question about the available balance but instead gave me house rules in bet settlement. I spoke to two representatives on chat. One named ***** gave me a complaint email and once she concluded that she couldnt help me anymore pushed me off to another representative named ***** and this person asked for me to give all my credentials once again! I asked for a supervisor and both times I was told one was unavailable.I have spent the whole day chasing MGM down for what equates to $33 based on a bet settlement mistake made by them that I have to pay for according to them.This is not good customer service but this is the norm with MGM, and with so many other sportsbooks and online casinos available it has been very easy to take my business elsewhere.

    Participated in BetMGMs Risk-Free First Bet up to $1K. Prior to placing my bet I submitted an email to BetMGM support for the details of the offer. Although BetMGM responded with the details, it was not listed in the email that the credits would expire. I lost my 1st & received 5 free bets totaling what I lost on my first bet. I used three of the free bets, but the other 2 were gone when I tried to use them. According to BetMGM the free bets had expired the day before. Although Im sure the information regarding the expiration is buried somewhere on their site, I was definitely not advise when I originally asked for the details of the promotion. I was absolutely misled about the promotion & would advise others to stay away from BetMGM. There are better options with providers who are clear about the details on there promotion.

    As I signed up in ****** on September first, I was looking for a sports book and I had my choice at the one I wanted to use. I chose MGM because of their risk free promotion and bet accordingly. I lost that bet and received my free bets to make it risk free. However, my wife did the same and they tried to tell her that her $1,000 bet wouldnt get reimbursed because we did a different promotion even though she confirmed before AND AFTER she placed the bet. Luckily, a nice lady at customer service checked the call logs and found that to be the case and gave us the free bets. What is implied in risk free on the surface is that if you lose, you essentially get a re-do. Which is NOT the case. When you place these free bets, you can only win the winnings of that bet and not the initial capital. Which, if youre a gambling person you know is lower than initial capital because of the vig. So AT BEST you are fighting for your money back. That doesnt seem risk free to me. Im sure theyll point to the fine print and thats fine, but risk free is misleading to a consumer and should be spelled out in much better terms. But, in a competitive world of sports books where I have options? There is 0.0% chance I will EVER use them again. On top of that, I will never stay at an MGM resort for as long as I live and I will be sure to tell everyone I know about this so that they stay elsewhere as well. Your misleading promotion (that you tried to take away from my wife even) has lost you a customer, and hopefully more, for life. Utter disgrace

    Made a error and they are not willing to fix it. Then I ask for a employee Id and he states he doesnt have to give it to me.
