    I have been attempting to verify my account for the better part of a year and BetMGM continues to move the goal posts, requesting more and more documentation to verify my ID. I have provided my federally compliant ID, and credit card information as requested and I still have not seen resolution. Worse, they referred to me by the wrong name while stating that I had not properly verified my ID, though they have been provided with everything they have requested. They had no problem allowing me to deposit before verification, however, though now they are preventing withdrawal of my funds. This is essentially theft. I highly recommend avoiding doing business with this company.

    I am filing a complaint regarding BetMGMs unreasonable and excessive verification process, which has prevented me from withdrawing my funds. Over the past several weeks, I have submitted numerous verification documents multiple times, including my drivers license (front and back), passport, utility bill, and a selfie, as requested. Despite this, BetMGM has yet to approve my account for betting or allow me to withdraw my funds.When I attempted to withdraw $60, I was informed that additional documents, including my bank statement, were required. I find this request intrusive and unnecessary for such a small amount of money. Additionally, BetMGM requested I sign a contract before proceeding, which feels highly irregular and raises concerns about their practices.I believe BetMGM is intentionally delaying the process and engaging in unreasonable demands. I respectfully request immediate resolution and the release of my funds without further excessive requirements.

    Stole $400 bucks from me, locked my account. Called customer service and they say my account doesnt exist. Meanwhile I can log in and it just says the account is locked. As soon as I tried to withdrawal money they froze the account. Straight scum and scam. Thanks for stealing my money and somehow still in business. How are they even getting away with this, we need serious lawyers and lawsuits against this Casino. Totally disgusting and a violation to all that have been scammed and taken advantage of.

    Same as other ************* going on 24 days and they wont let me withdraw my money. They locked my account and then give me every excuse they can think off.Deposit only takes 30 seconds, but if you win at least 24 days and counting trying to get MY MONEY!!!Use any other betting sites.

    I bet quite a bit with BetMGM and when I win something happens like my account get placed on hold or temporarily suspended. They are holding my winnings right now because my account has been placed on hold. Im done with them

    If I could give 0 stars I would!! I have played on this app for months, then boom all a sudden I have to verify my documents because I was using the same card on there and on borgata. But they are both through the same company and you can use the same card on multiple casino apps. Then they open my account I deposited over $500 not the last few weeks, no winnings but fine its an odds game: but when the app constantly kicks you out and glitches or stops on winning spins it seems something isnt right and this app is rigged. Seeing all the negative reviews I know now its not just me. Contacted customer service and they just tell you the same thing its your internet use another device. I do that and my internet is tip top above their standard they want you to use. Still same issues only when I winning so it glitches so you lose everything. Ask for compensation for the issues send in numerous emails screenshots screen recordings videos and they take forever to get back to you and constantly tell you the same thing. They dont know how to treat loyal customers: have reposted to the ********************** and also the BBB since after 2 straight weeks and horrible response or none at all I am fed up. I think they run a scam to take peoples money after reading all these.

    The 1500$ is false advertisement. Its just a first no sweat bet. Whatever you bet and lose. They'll refund. Better first time offers at FanDuel and Draftkings, and bet365. Plus no cash out on live bets at Betmgm. There initial advertisement wasn't even included. They don't specify about the 1500$. When you contact customer service, they tell you that you should've used token that appears nowhere when placing bet. Borderline a scam if you ask me

    I wish I could leave negative reviews. AVOID this company at all cost unless you want to waste your money! I purchased a gift card that was defective and couldnt be redeemed because the numbers were damaged. I contacted TAPPP and BetMGM, after sending the requested information for proof I was told theyd reach back in 2/3 days. That was over a month ago and since they stopped responding to my emails. The customer service there is a joke. Feels like a scam because they disappear after asking you to send to send your information. Considering they had a recent cyber attack I highly advise people to stay away!
