  used to be awesome online casino i been with them since *** opened. last 6 months however have progressively gotten worse all the way around. stingier bonuses lack of support or care for customer. specifically last 2 weeks i deposited few times hit couple hundred withdrew some n still had ************************ expired, nn they froze my acct requesting id selfie, i complied, i understood, its now been 12 *********** just keep giving run around n the same bs story of we r reviewing your acct. we r doing so with the utmost urgency....bahahahah ya right 12 days to verify n acct thats been active for few yrs, n no info has changed? its ridiculous. they ********* my money at this point against my will

  BET MGM has no proper system. They mess up most of the simple things, when you highlight that to them either they don't acknowledge it or don't care about it. I faced two instances, first they had listed the teams in incorrect order during live betting as a result I placed a wrong bet. When I reached out to them with the screenshot of the error and asked for refund, they told me they couldn't refund the bet and in future to check with other sportsbook for score before placing the bet. If I have to use other sportsbook then why use BETMGM!Second case where I got an promotion email, mentioning 50% deposit match upto $400 while next line mentioned deposit limit between $10-$400! Compared to other online sportsbetting companies, BETMGM is very poor.

  I live in **** and upon signing to use the *** APP i was directed to *** ********* and naively deposited $$ into the account a horrendous mistake needless to say imma fight these crooks.

  Through the month of December I downloaded the BetMGM app. After winning a few thousand dollars I withdrew my money from bet MGM and deposited it into my personal bank account. As I deposited money from my checking account back into the app to continue to play, I noticed an excessive amount of withdrawals from my checking account. I was in disbelief that I had deposited that much adding it up in my head I knew that I didnt play that much but at first I wasnt really keeping track of it. Over the week of Christmas I had over $2700 in $100 increments withdrawn from my checking account unauthorized and I wouldnt have caught them except for the fact that they ran my checking account $900 into the negative , which is physically impossible for me to do. If you do not have the funds in your checking account, it will not allow you to deposit it to bet MGM. The Monday after Christmas I deposited money into my personal checking account bringing it back up to a $250 balance along with paying the 900 that it was negative along with the overdraft fees. So my personal bank account was positive $250 and it was not even in there 30 seconds and bet MGM with **** $300 in $100 increments which ran my account another $50 negative. I contacted their support team and spent two weeks getting the runaround of them saying that somebody would contact me within 24 to 48 hours. Then my last attempt I asked for their operations teams contact information that was supposedly looking into this issue. I sent them an email a week ago and of course I got an automatic response that said they would contact me within 24 hours which they did not. At one point in time in my personal checking account there was over $6500 in there, how much they actually took from me is hard to tell, but at least $2700 of it I can prove. If you have this app, be sure you keep track of every deposit you make or Save yourself a few thousand dollars and the hassle and delete the app.

  I lived in ********* for 13 years and played HUNDREDS of hours of video poker. At the moment, I live in ******** and have been playing video poker on the BetMGM platform. Aside from the payouts for "winning hands" being much lower than at a casino, I feel like the platform is rigged to just take the money from players.I recently played for 2 hours betting on average 3 hands per minute (so at least 360 hands, most likely more). In all that time, I got one 4 of a kind, no straight flushes, and very few full houses or straights. In my mind, they should rename the game "Get Two Pairs"!I'm not thinking that I should win, just like playing the games. I *do*, however, think that the platform should be looked at by the ***************** to find out what percentage of bets are payed out to the players. From my experience, it feels like 1 or 2 percent.

  I have been experiencing app shuts downs. I have contacted customer support and have screen shots of conversations. I have been told there is no error on their end. I find that hard to believe when I have switched different devices. It is not fair to me or others when I'm in the middle of a blackjack hand and I am kicked out after placing my bet. I am not given a chance to hit so therefore messes up the whole table with others potentially losing because I did not take a hit. I have reached out multiple times as well as said about being booting when I logged back in and found my table and the dealers all say the same thing that it has been an on going issues that they don't seem to want to deal with. I can not tell you exactly how much I have lost not being able to play a hand I better on and got booted.

  I clicked their advertisement from my Instagram app that had a promotion something along the lines of getting a bonus after depositing $10 and making a bet on their site. So I click it. Make an account with all my personal information including my social security number. I deposit $10 from my bank account. And when I try to make a bet they don't allow me. Why? Because I'm from *******. Why advertise to me, allow me to make an account( with all details showing explicitly that I am in *******), allow me to FUND my account and then not ignore my attempts at getting a refund after learning of their mistakes. This needs to be investigated because I know I can't be the only person who's suffered from this scam. I want my money back.
