      Ordered a computer and never received the computer. Tracking shows delivered to whom I dont know but it was not the person whom purchased and paid for said item. The company will not even acknowledge the fact it wasnt delivered to me...Please do not give them any of your money!! They are complete scams

      I had a complaint about an item that showed as being received but I did not receive it. After several back and forth emails the complaint was resolved to my satisfaction. I not only would order from itech again I did order something recently. I love how they respond to your orders and track your orders and let you know when they're coming and then follow up with if you receive them. Great company.

      I've always been intrigued by the promo emails I receive from this company. Finally decided to take the plunge and place an order, albeit a small one, to see how things went.Shipping was rather slow, although I did order on 12/14/2022 (aka: right in the midst of the holiday rush). You can then tack on a winter storm that crippled much of the country. Customer support was AMAZING about responding to my initial inquiry re: the status of my order, and was super prompt in responses to my messages thereafter. They even reached out to me directly with tracking updates, to ensure I knew what was going on. That level of service is becoming harder and harder to come by, so I was extremely appreciative of their attentiveness on an order that was literally less than $15.

      I have purchased from itech twice, the first time was very smooth. The second time there was a supply issue, BUT, they communicated very well that there was an issue and promptly refunded me. I will use them again, you just cannot beat their prices.

      I ordered a refurbished laptop that ended up not being needed. I reached out to customer service, and they offered me a full refund. Upon their receipt, not only was the laptop cost reimbursed, but they refunded the 2 year tech support I had purchased as well. Very happy and much relieved. Their customer support was friendly and helpful!

      I purchased a smart watch. When I received it I was so excited to use it. It came with no instructions to know it didn't come with a charger because it was easy to charge it into any *** block or computer into the *** drive. I went to download the app is says I'm supposed to link it with my phone and that didn't happen. The videos were all on Chinese and other languages so I reached out to customer service through email. They responded to me and let me know how to charge it and then I told them now that it's charging it won't connect to my phone. They responded back within 24hrs again and told me they would contact me with further steps. I waited another 24hrs and they told me I would be receiving a refund and apologized for the inconveniences. I would definitely recommend and will be buying again because this has been the only problem I've had and was resolved greatly.
