      THIS COMPANY DOES NOT STAND UP TO WHAT THEY SAY AND DO NOT PAY THE SERVICE TECHNITIANS... THEY TAKE YOUR ***** AND WHEN YOU TRY TO CANCEL THEY CLAIM THAT THEY WILL CHARGE YOU ***** FOR CANCELLING THEIR SERVICE DUE TO THE LIES... THEY ARE LIKE A RECORDING THAT KEEPS GETTING PASSED TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE SPEWING THE SAME LIES OVER AND OVER AND NEVER STAND BEHIND THEIR WORDS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A FRAUD IN MY BOOK

      We placed claim in Jan and here we are June 16 with no resolution. They assigned companies like ************************************* that accepted work order make an appointment and then the day, they are supposed to show you get a text . We are sorry our technician are too busy. Call Select Home warranty to find another one.

      I had a different warranty company a few years ago. I decided to try Select because they were offering a promotion. That was a bad idea. I was having an HVAC issue. The first ********** never responded to my request for an appointment. When I called him he said he no longer has his own business. He just does Select Warranty claims on the side. He also never showed up to our appointment.The second company was nice and professional. They still did not come out, because they said Select wouldnt pay for the claim because my unit is making a noise. Its still functional.I should not have had to wait a week, and have no one come out anyway. I detailed the issue when I submitted the claim, so Select should have told me they wouldnt cover it instead of assigning me a **********.
