The Protection Plan is well worth the fee. The operators are very helpful and the vendor used is *******************, quick, & on time.Thank goodness I have this plan!

this company is REALLY AWFUL. I DO NOT recommend this insurance company. a) they don't answer their phones on a timely basis. I held for 2.5 HOURS on one occasion and then was disconnected. I've called over one dozen times and have either had to hold for more than 30 minutes and/or was disconnected without a call back.b) I have filed 2 claims for the same address and HAVE HAD TO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT the paperwork was received . It was mailed 60 days ago and 15 days ago respectively.c) their representatives do NOT speak English as their first language so they are quite difficult to understand.d) I contacted the President's ****** per the link on their website and have had to response.e) I was told they take 4 to 6 WEEKS to review a claim.f) they do not have contractors in my area so after having a sewer line failure, I had to find and hire my own contractor. I have paid for monthly coverage for my sewer line for over 6 years.American Water Resources, LLC

I have NOT HAD MY CLAIM PAID OR RESOLVED. i was contacted by ***************************** however the issues are NOT RESOLVED. 1. I was told I would be reiumbursed for claim #1 for $610 within 7 days of January 11 and I have received no reiumbursement 2. I was told that my second claim for $15,555 was approved last Wed January 18 and that I would receive an email confirming this. I HAVE NOT.3. I have tried reaching ***************************** last Thursday 1/19, left a message on 1/20 called this morning at 8:30am 1/23 and again this afternoon and am getting no response. These claims were submitted in November 2022 and in December 2022 and are STILL NOT HANDLED.Review fromWendy R

CRIMINAL! Huge rip off! Been dealing with a septic system issue since November! Cant get anyone on the phone to assist me. They say a supervisor will call me back and I still havent had a call back! On October 19th,2022, I called for service. We resolved the problem ourselves and I immediately called back to cancel the claim. Two months have gone by and, after numerous phone calls to your customer rep center, no refund has been issued as of yet. I keep on hearing the same excuse..."I've escalated the claim". Your service is terrific but customer service in regards to my refund is not. Very disappointing! All I want is my charge for service call that was never made refunded. This company takes your money and then claims they didn't receive it, even after the bank statement shows they cashed the check. This company is commiting fraud. Do not do business with them.American Water Resources, LLC

The response to a clogged sewer line is fast and somewhat effective as they have been to my house about 15 times. They only cleared and left - no recommendations for prevention... When I finally convinced them to camera the line they claimed it was a 'pitch' issue and that it wasn't covered. When I spoke with other contractors, they said that did not make sense given the frequency and the type of pipe I have. The insurance company immediately dropped me and left me with the line backed up. I called repeatedly for access to the camera footage and the plumbers refused to release it. The only reason for this must mean the diagnosis does NOT match the camera footage and they have no interest in the job because it is in the street and too much work. The company and the plumbers are basically a scam and will drop you if the work is expensive. I have snaked it myself a few times and am contacting a lawyer at this point.American Water Resources, LLC

I cancelled the service in 2019, then in 2021 there was a charge on my credit card, unfortunately I hadnt noticed the 2021 charge, according to my credit card company, they are not required to credit me since the charge was so long ago. Shame on me for not seeing it then. I was also charged in 2022, and I did call the company, but according to them, I was never charged, but there it was on my credit card.
